I recently had the pleasure of hiring BelRed Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical for an electrical issue in my home, and I am incredibly impressed with the outstanding service they provided. From start to finish, their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction shone brightly.

Matt is a keeper! If it were my company, he is the kind of employee I would take good care of and to keep on long-term. He represents and presents professionally and does a great job! Alan was our HVAC tech today. He came to check on our gas furnace which had stopped working. Alan was very courteous and professional. He called before coming as I had requested. From dealing with the initial service technician, Wynton, then comfort consultant Joe and quality control manager Jose when looking at new heating options, and then on day of installation with Chase, Eric and other team members I was really impressed with the care they took in their work, their patience in explaining and walking me through different options and being flexible to my needs. Great service so far and would definitely recommend

Justin Collier was a great help. He worked with me to find the best options for my electrical upgrade, finding a balance of cost and future-proofing improvements. I've got an older home, we discussed multiple options to cover as many of my improvement objectives as possible within budget constraints.

Our experience today was what we have expected from Bel Red over the years. We have been a long time customer (beginning our 3rd generation of HV units at 2 locations from them) and have received excellent, prompt and complete service over the years. The explanations of needed equipment and repairs had been excellent and today with George was no exception.

He was through in his evaluation of our heating units and clear in our needs. He also had the parts on hand to minimize disruption of our services as winter approaches and the need to return to do the repairs. John

Matthew Flader, an electrician for BelRed was out last week to look over our existing electrical panel, and to plan for a total upgrade to coincide with a new heat pump system and electric car charger. Matthew was very personable and helped us to understand what would be entailed as he simultaneously coordinated with the heat pump specialist. He obviously knows his stuff.

Matias and Luke installed a heat pump and furnace for us. They did a great job. Quick and easy and the work looks well done. They took the time to answer questions for me, too. All around, great service. 5/5, would recommend. If pressed, I'd say that that I like =most= about having BelRed Plumbing out to fix my kitchen sink is their responsiveness, and the consistently good value for money over time (since 1997). Not only did Dylan LaBreche and Lawrence Plummer do the job quickly and cleanly (and showed us the clog! Man, that clog was NOT going to go away on its own!) but they explained how it happened and how not to have it happen again.

We've been using the same plumbers for more than 25 years (we were Fox Plumbing clients before the recent merger with BelRed). Over the years, the service and the resources they bring to bear continues to expand, while the cost of work/repair has remained roughly the same. The value-for-money is emphatically there. (And my dog remembered them from last year and wagged his tail like an outboard motor, for what that's worth.) So thanks you guys, Dylan and Lawrence! We purely appreciate the work you do in our house!

Their technician is always on time and keep communicating if something unexpected happens. Most of all, their technician is very professional and honest about what needs to be done. Yes, it might feel a bit more costly to use BelRed than services that other companies provide, but it is worth every penny; getting a service from Bel Red will give you a peace of mind once the job is done.

BelRed has done it again! Hector came to our home and did a professional job. He explained the process, kept me updated along the way, cleaned up a afterwards, and delivered superior quality work. Most importantly to me, he did it with a smile and a fantastic attitude!

We had BelRed install a new gas furnace and heat pump system to replace an old gas furnace. Michael, Scott, Justin, and Fidel worked hard all day to finish in the one day estimated, and Sebastian followed the next day for the startup and explanation of of the thermostat options. Michael explained the furnace details, and Justin as electrician walked me through the new wiring.

They kept the place clean, were not very intrusive as they had to come in and out of the house, and they were good with our dog, who was uneasy at the beginning but began to enjoy the action as the day wore on.

Daniel Tickler was the best technician we've ever had. All of the people from Bel Red have been 100% but Daniel is over the top in explaining with detail about the system checking every detail and answering all my questions about the system. He's very professional and friendly. I want to refer the entire neighborhood to him. He changed the filter and educated me about the best filters to order as the filter wasn't changed with the installation.

I would like to request Daniel from now on if possible. He restored confidence that everything is complete with no loose ends. He's smart! Bel red is fortunate to have him. This kind of service makes people be happier to spend money!

Daniel was very professional and helpful. He checked up our HVAC and provided helpful tips. He also helped us set up an alarm to change the filters. Matthew was also great checking on our electric panel, plugs, etc. He was knowledgeable and very patient answering my questions. I really appreciate that

Richard I. provided exceptional customer service. Friendly, informative, quick turnaround, and extremely knowledgeable. Best service experience I've had in years. Not only did he fix my thermostat issue, he pointed out some red flags for us to watch out for on a 20 yr old furnace. He also took the time to let us explain a plumbing/pipe issue, even though he is an HVAC tech.

Service was completed within 48 hrs of initial request. I received 2 text and 2 email reminders, as well as a phone call from a live person! I can't say enough good things about my first experience with this company, and especially Richard!

Michael Dunham was courteous and knowledgeable. However, and this was not Michael's fault, we were very confused because husband and I both put the appointment time as 2 pm in our calendars and we received a reminder text from Bel-Red that appointment was at 2 pm. We were surprised when Michael showed up at 10 am. We had another appointment at 10 am and had to scramble to reschedule our 10 am appointment.

Mitsubishi GS09 mini split purchase and install exceeded expectations for my home server room. 25-year customer. Chancy identified the best system, Tricia closed the deal with a competitive price, the install by Steve and Anthony was super clean and tidy (one straight run and a hidden "L"), Justin and Daniel were able to tie into my existing electrical runs to avoid any crossings, and Cody worked around dozens of Wi-fi issues.

System is silent inside and out, controlled by Alexa, and my rack temperatures are down 10C to safe levels. Only gotcha was Mitsubishi's Wi-fi adapter is antiquated and had serious compatibility issues with 2.4 GHz and Android. After 2 hours of fruitless debugging, cut our losses and moved to the Airzone Aidoo Pro. It connected in less than a minute via blue tooth and was full featured, but it mounts to the wall, requires a power brick, and some splicing. Cody did a great job making the best of the aesthetically unfriendly and utilitarian design. Mitsubishi needs to refresh their adapter so it connects using modern protocols and stays hidden inside the unit.

Bottom line, BelRed brought their A-team, creatively solved the problems we ran into, and they raised the bar in all areas. 12 year parts from Mitsubishi and 10 year labor via service contract. Great experience and super happy with the result. Quick side project review: Cade and Oscar were able to deftly add a pot light inside a very tight double joist bay without any wall board repair. I now have light were I need it! Others said it couldn't be done. Great job BelRed!

Gabriel Huevara was sent to help with an issue I had with a new heating and cooling system installed by a different company that went out of business. He spent 3 hours inspecting it and setting it up correctly. He was very knowledgeable on the modern digital system and digital thermostat. I am retired now but I have spent much time working with airlines on airplane heating and cooling systems. I could tell Gabriel knew his work well. Thanks to Bel Red for sending him.

BelRed membership is great deal for someone who like their units to be maintained well and serviced timely. I am really happy with Wynton Morin, who is the technician visited my house. He was really professional and on time. He has done great assessment of the system explained everything in detail. He also given great recommendations. I really recommend BelRed for any of your HVAC specific service.

The a/c unit was brand new, but didn't work properly. After having it installed. Kyle was able to pen point what the problem was and order the right parts. He was very professional and handled the installation, he new what he was doing. Also help us understand the thermostat. Thanks for sending a great service technician. Good job.

Jeremy Perro came by today and cleared our slow draining sink which is connected to some very old plumbing. He clearly explained the pricing and steps he would take. Really appreciated the great service!

Jeremy Perro from Fox Plumbing, working through BelRed Energy, installed a water pressure regulator and new ball shut off for a home we own in Issaquah, WA. We live in Vancouver, WA and my only interaction with Jeremy was over the phone and by text. I have a very positive feeling with Jeremy in the way he communicated with me, explained what was needed regarding the repair/replacement, and that he takes pride in his workmanship. Jeremy did a first rate job and was very conscientious and professional in keeping me informed of what was needed and his opinion as how to proceed.

The water pressure regulator was something Jeremy said was needed to reduce the city water pressure of over 90 psi to a safe level of 60-65 psi. The photos he sent me of the before and after repairs speaks volumes. It is nice to work with a skilled plumber who know his trade, honest, and customer focused.

Nice! Kevin did comprehensive diagnostics to find out the problem of my current AC. Ensured it is safe to use. I learned lot about the status of my current system, which I can make decisions based on. Their opinions also make lots of sense, varying from repairing and replacing with a few branded units.

Everything was done well. Very neat installation. We are pleased to have A/C now. One tiny, tiny complaint: a pile of dirt was left on the lawn that I had to clean up. We really appreciate the electrician avoiding the installation of a sub panel which saved a significant cost. Working with BelRed both with the recent install of A/C and with the install of a new furnace in the early spring was great!

My entire experience with BelRed from scheduling an appointment to having the technician come out has always been great, straight forward, and professional with a friendly attitude. The technician who helped me, Sean K, was super polite, worked diligently, answered all my questions, gave me multiple recommendations/ information & was prompt to arrive during the call window! Definitely 10/10 service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or BelRed services for any AC/ furnace needs, and look forward to using their services for many years ahead!

Installed a new heat pump and AC last week. First day 1, most stuffs installed and left with a thermostat because the electrician could not fix the wire. Next day, another team came up and fixed it. Bobby was the electrician who is super experienced and professional to wire a very tricky wire from the system in my basement up to my main floor with very limited access.

Very impressed. Following day 3 Kyle, he is very efficient and organized. Picking up a project left over by his team, he asked once what is the status of everything and started to work non-stop for few hours until everything was fixed and started working. Left with clear instructions what needs to be fixed with another team and communicated properly with the office to follow it up.

Day 4, electrician from first day came to fix a plug which was not working from Day 1. Now waiting for the HAVC team to come next week to fix a pipe which needs to be glued. It is a big project and serviced by good and experienced guys. Would give 5 stars if everything can complete in a shorter time.

Sean was very professional and efficient; he was also very personable and receptive to questions I had. We were notified by text that Sean was en route to do the inspection, and he arrive not long afterwards. Throughout the inspection, Sean was informative and demonstrated extensive product knowledge regarding our heat pump and furnace, and offered suggestions as to how to maintain the units for longevity and maximum efficiency. All-in-all, the inspection service was quick and painless. Thank you, Sean.

We scheduled an estimate for Tesla wall charger installation and few small projects. They were able to install the Tesla wall charger on the same app. Looks great, works great! Both Josh Berg and Matt Flader were professional, great listeners, and problem solvers! They will come back in few weeks to finish other projects we booked them for. Thank you!

Lawrence didn't have the proper parts for our furnace. He came back in the evening to complete the repair. He encountered some problems but stayed until 11 to get the furnace running again. Our deep appreciation for his commitment to the customer
