Met with Dylan today to arrange for replacement heat and air conditioning. Gave call before he was on the way and arrived right on time. Evaluated existing units and provided choices for replacement with no attempts at upselling. Look forward to getting units installed after closing. They always answer the phone, have a great text messaging system, and are upfront about any issues before repairs begin. The staff who have come have always worn booties when inside the house. They have t tried to sell me anything I didn't need. We joined their yearly plan so we get a check in the winter and the spring. I'd recommend scheduling these early as they do book out far. For emergency repairs I believe they came that day ( or the day after)

4th of July emergency! Water was coming out of the HVAC and in the house. Emergency team contacted me a couple hours after my initial call to say they were coming over in 15-20 minutes. Tech came over and diagnosed the problem and explained the issue. Unfortunately a few hours after he left, water started coming out again. Another tech came out at almost 11pm at night, he worked hard to make sure we were bone dry before he left.
Very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. Could have been upset with the fact that water came back after the first tech, but the second tech came out and fixed the problem (fingers crossed). Any future issues, hopefully none, I will call them for sure!

Collin Pugh was fabulous. Have not had good technician luck since the new management came in. Others not as full service for annual maintenance clients as before. I will ask for him next service visit! The 5 star is for him, not for the last year or so. which I would have to rate 2 star. I was thinking of going elsewhere till this visit 6/23

Overall, install team did good service. They stayed until job was done which was 14hrs. I did have to be the one to approach to get updates. They did the best they could on clean up after completion. A drain grate was thrown away which I wish they would have given me a choice to keep and fix it back. Now I have go replace it. Supposedly, they are going to try to replace with plumbing team but I have not heard anything.

I am so impressed with their service! I called and the guy came out after hours within an hour of me calling. Brian was professional, kind and quick. It was diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes! He explained what was wrong, fixed it, and gave us some additional information. I will definitely call them again.

My AC died last week, and I ended up calling Buckeye because they had an A rating on Angie's List and they were the only ones who could come out by the following day (my regular place and everyone else I called were near the end of week. This was the week before July 4th and the house was quite balmy.) Sadly, my old system had a repair that was too expensive/not worth it so I ended up buying a completely new HVAC through Buckeye.
The sales manager came out the same day, looked at my current system and explained all the options. From my research, the price was fair. I had a good experience with everyone I spoke to, and I plan to keep using them when my current service contract runs out. New AC is a Lennox and is super cold. I love it.
