My mother's new AC unit wasn't working properly and was blowing hot air. Scheduling was very easy and they were able to schedule an appointment right away. The tech was very friendly and efficient and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He was also able to fix it right away and didn't break our wallet. Should be your go to if you need help for Heating/Cooling in the High Desert. Thank you for taking care of my mom for me. Really appreciate it.

I've used this company twice now and they have been great both times. They have been completely professional and friendly. The a/c in our house stopped blowing cold and they were able to come out same day. The tech had it fixed and was done in less than half an hour. I would definitely recommend Total Comfort Solutions.

The initial salesman was very knowledgeble and personable. The installers were incredibly unintrusive. Three men spent two days in my home with very little disruption. They were respectful of my property, space and privacy. And left my home clean AND MUCH COOLER. My husband and I would be proud to recommend this Company to our most discerning friends.

I woke up this morning, my house was 61 degrees and it was snowing outside. I have a 6month old baby and was STRESSED. John came out same day and within an hour or so the heat was running nice and hot. The weather was so cold outside as he worked but he still came inside with a smile. From start to finish they were very professional and exceeded my expectations. They communicated with me throughout the whole process. John Simonaitis was very helpful. He gave me more than one option on how they can fix my heater. He also explained what he was doing and how the heating unit works. Also they were punctual on the time of the appointment as well as great customer service. The whole experience was outstanding I would definitely call them again for my annual maintenance.

I finally upgraded to centralize air and heat! Right on time because the is Barstow heat is no joke! John and Jesse were very professional and knowledgeable. They walked me thru the entire process of my install and answered any questions I had. Gerson did an excellent job on my install. We took bids from three different local companies before settling with Total Comfort solutions. Total Comfort was the last bid. The representative of the first company (company 1) was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to educate us on HVAC systems. He also gave us his best recommendations for the house. The representative was patient, kind and genuine. However, the price for the installation of the unit we thought most ideal for our application was really high.
The representative of the second company came and went without saying too much but his price was the lowest. However he did not elaborate or promised to do anything other than installing a unit (by that time I understood that installing a unit involved quite a bit more work) Then came John at Total Comfort Solutions. Just like the representative of the first company he was very thorough and professional in his explanations and what he was committed to do in terms of all the side work that comes with installing a HVAC unit.
His price for the installation of the most ideal unit (which, by the way, had almost all the same specifications as company 1's unit) came to about $4200 less than company 1's quote. The choice for us was obvious. John and his crew were careful not to make things messier than needed and he was also respectful of our privacy. On top of that, we got a box of free filters and carbon monoxide detectors all throughout the house. One week into the install and we are quite satisfied with our choice. I will do a long term review in a year or two.

Very professional and reasonably priced. He was willing to drive out to Boron to give an estimate and do the work. The only thing that I have to say that is bad, is the thermostat is smarter than my wife and I. Thanks John for getting us a new cooler. I needed my walk-in refrigerator fixed and needed it done asap. I called Total Comfort not knowing they would somehow fit me into their already full schedule. From the second I spoke with their secretary to the completion of the job I can honestly say they are a great set of people. I only had a short window available for service. They were able to fit me in. I was concerned the entire heater would have to be replaced. John fixed it and was able to make sure the heater was operating safely even though it is very old. He was punctual, clean, professional and made me feel the heater would operate safely and all at a reasonable and competitive price! Thank you!

I love this company! John is amazing, thorough, detailed, on time and a complete joy to work with. I called John last night around 7:15 pm my cooler was not working, I was willing to wait til the next day even though my house was at 87 degrees inside. John said he just got home but he would come right over. I definitely wasn't expecting him to come right over, needless to say I was very appreciative! We slept very comfortable thanks to John. Called John to ask about getting annual maintenance done on my unit and he was able to come by within the hour. He tested everything very thoroughly on the roof, every room with a vent, and even in the attic to make sure everything was working as intended. He cleaned the coils and replaced my air filter too. He also gave me a breakdown of all the services he provided to include before and after photos and the future service he will provide as part of my maintenance plan. Very glad John was recommended to me and I will be recommending him to others as well.
