Fantastic company My water heater, which was on the third floor, was replaced. extremely professional Very neat! Due to its placement, the old water heater had to be transported past the house, but they left no other trash behind. Additionally, during times of covid, they remained aloof and continuously donned masks. And after I called a number of businesses, they provided me the most reasonable and straightforward quote. We woke up this morning to our AC unit out. We have only lived in the home for 3 years and didn't know who to call. We called Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning and we were absolutely grateful for their service. Todd was here quick and asked all the right questions to get down to finding a diagnosis. He checked everything out, was very polite, and professional.
He was up front about total pricing before locating a new part for us and installing it which we appreciated. After install he checked to make sure the house was cooling properly and explained to us maintenance and answered the questions we had about our unit in am educated manner. We would definitely recommend them, and definitely call them again if we ever need repairs in the future. Thanks Todd!

Justin F was my ac tech and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our ac stopped blowing cold air and Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning was able to come out the same day. Justin explained to me what was wrong and took pictures so i was able to see. Price was very reasonable and service was done very quickly. Will definitely recommend.

We bought a new house but it did not have a gas line to the stove area. We bought a gas stove for a deal on Google, and it sat in the family room while we awaited getting a gas hookup. I identified a local independent plumber/gasfitter with good reviews here and elsewhere, and he came by to assess, and subsequently sent me an estimate. I confirmed the project with him, whence he said he would come by the following week. Two weeks went by and he never showed up, called, texted, nothing.

The engineer was early and worked on our system the whole time he was in the office. He gave the system a thorough clean leaving the office with a really nice smell when the system is used. He also reprogrammed the settings on the keypad which had not been correct for a long time. Went through all the checks necessary very efficiently. The whole system is working much better now. Would definitely recommend this company.

Our apartment complex hired this company to fix our ac. We had issues last year Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning it without a problem. We had more issues this year and air fixed it again. In just a few mins they had us up and running. So glad they finally called professionals. Maintenance told us it was normal temperature for an upstairs apartment. The team in here in a few minutes. The tech was great and thorough. We went into this visit knowing that there was a chance we would need a new furnace. He gave us our options for repair which would cost us around half the price of a new unit. When I asked about us possibly needing to just get a new unit, he was very honest in answering. Our unit is old enough where even if he did the repairs. we may get more time out of our unit but not enough to make it worth the repair costs. We now have an appointment set up to meet with a salesperson, to pick our new unit tomorrow evening. Thanks!

I know this is not normal, but my forced air heater went out. I called, several companies, nothing for days in some cases. I called Pacific, they had a cancellation that morning and I had a tech in 45 minutes. The unit was repaired in 2 hours (needed a part) Nevertheless, I realize this is close to a supernatural occurrence, but I'm passing it along as a Cudo's anyway! Sometimes good things like this do happen.sometimes!

Honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We have an older wall heater, circa 1949 that had a leaking line valve (how scary). We reached out to Pacific Coast HVAC and spoke with Andrew, he immediately sent a tech out to come have a look at it. Jose (the tech) was nothing short of skilled and professional: he diagnosed the issue and got straight to work.a little dusting off; and a couple of replacement parts later, our old heater is now as good (and SAFE) as new!

They are excellent. I have used them before. I would not use anybody else. Two people came out to complete the work. It took about seven hours for the work to be completed. I trust them; they are very competent. I would definitely use them again. Everything was perfect as far as leaving the area clean. They showed up on time, came when we called -- it was kind of an emergency thing. It was just very professional.

I replaced my entire heating and cooling system with Pacific Coast and I am happy with my decision to use them. I met with Jose to start the installation and he is very responsive to all my calls. I had a follow-up service request and he had somebody contact me within minutes. The Technician Anthony was very professional and on time.
