The technician was both friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Her recommendations, based on conditions found and age of our system, included both what needed to done now, and recommendations of what not to do given the age of the system. Additionally, when she left, you could not tell she had been at our house, which was awesome since the visit required access into separate attic spaces. We will definitely use this company again!

Elite installed new air for us a couple of years ago and we were very impressed at that time. At the one year anniversary, Alan came and did the complementary summer check up. All is well. I told him this unit actually makes the farthest room cool which the old unit never had. Alan was very friendly, polite, and fast. We look forward to seeing him again in the late fall! 10/14/22 We love that Elite calls to set up routine checks twice a year. It's so nice to not have to rely on our own memories! We pay for 2 visits at a time - spring and fall - so this one was already covered. Nathan was wonderful!

Had a water leak in the house. Could not find the cause. Called Elite and they were here in 45 minutes. Nathan located found the condensation line to the AC system was blocked. Cleaned the line. Very good at explaining the problem. Very Professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Mike was awesome he connected my water line to new fridge from Lowes that delivery guys from Lowes refused to do today. It was done in 10 minutes, so very kind very professional. Thank you Mike. Most importantly I have to say Thank You to Vince that showed so much compassion for our situation when our AC went out, he guided me through each step, his words were honest and comfortable, he made me feel safe, being a senior is hard to trust. Well after the owner, Armando, got right back to me, he personally came out and did maintenance check that his employee pretended to do. Armando has restored all my faith in Elite A/C, and will continue being loyal customer.

Thanks to the company that broke my system, I went 5 days/4 nights during the most recent "excessive heat warning" (June 8th, 2022). Temps in my home were up to 100 degrees. All I needed was some refrigerant added to my old system. The company I called originally broke the Schrader valve (King Valve), then refused to repair/replace it because the system is old, claiming it would be to costly, but they did give me estimates to buy a new system for 10k.shady to say the least.

After deciding to replace the system, and calling a few other places for a pricing, I went with Elite. I'm glad I did. Jay was friendly and down to earth about this expense I was about to take on. Elite showed up that Monday and within 3 hours had the old system out and the new Trane system installed and running. It's quiet, smooth, and works great. Tony and his crew were awesome and Jay stopped by to check on the progress. I would definitely recommend Elite. Thanks Guys!

After the AC went out on my parents nee home the team at Elite were very quick to respond and come out to their home later in the evening. They diagnosed the issue provided a plan to fix it with an estimate and warranty information. My parents decided to get an entire new system at that point as the unit was old. The company was able to get an appointment the next day to have the unit and new furnace installed the next morning. Excellent customer service, terrific service techs.
