The dispatch that answer was also very nice and polite. 5 start for sure. They also very legit have 5 stars in other platforms like yelp etc Make it very reliable. The issue that I had is with heater for rental property. The fixing was included in the s call to come out. Very happy

Unbelievably professional, courteous and honest service. We just had a situation we thought major- No power whatsoever to the Furnace/AC- Breakers all set and reset, thermostat working normally- The technician came out, found a defective wire and replaced it within 20 minutes. No "you need this replaced at $$$ or that at $$$$", simply replaced a wire and moved on. WOW.

They gave me the best price overall. They also saved me $800 on a new coil because they said it might still be under warranty. After calling the manufacturer, they were right. Installers were great. Kept the area under the attic clean. Mark, the manager or owner was great to deal with. I will definitely work with these guys again in the future. Absolutely the best. My second time to use them. A large national company wanted $1,300 to do a job on my AC. As it turned out, I had H-Town come out last year to do the same job on my other unit, so I had some idea that I was being taken. When I called to see if they could look up my old invoice, not only did they tell me the price ($925.00 cheaper than the big boys), but offered to be at my house in 45 minutes to fix it! AND THEY DID IT - for nearly a thousand dollars cheaper than the fraudsters who were there earlier in the day. Major props to this business. Perhaps some of the best service I have ever received from any business in 40 years.

Our technician Billy Garcia was extremely helpful with explaining the issues and resolving them in a timely manner. We have a newly built home and the a/c was leaking fluid through the walls, it was really frustrating so I called h-town at around 8 am and by 1 pm Billy arrived that same day. Grateful for the quick turnaround time!

There were times my Heater wasn't turning on and also needed a nice inspection. Called Htown and right away made me an appointment for next day. Anthony showed up and was respectful and even offered to removed his work boots until he entered the attic.

I had to replace my two furnaces in my attic, and H-TOWN was amazing at responding quickly, being upfront with great prices, and even following up after the installation. Every time I email them they respond very quick and can be at your house very soon. Highly recommend!

I am not one to post reviews or recommendations but I felt I should with the service I got from H-Town A/C Repair. They replaced my 3.5 ton AC unit for half the price of the highest bid. I am a pretty picky customer and they met all my requests. They stand behind there service and products too. I solicited about 10 bids and H-Town was $5000 cheaper than the highest bid for a Trane unit.

The highest bid was from a contractor that was the lowest bid 2 years ago when I had my first unit replaced. I wish I would have found H-Town 2 years ago. I highly recommend you check them out. They have good reviews and I can confirm their high rating!

I had my attic AC unit leaking. I called and they were able to come the same day. Semeon showed up on time, he was very knowledgeable and repaired the issue on the spot, he did an excellent job. It's the second time I used their services and would definitively recommend them.

It's not a wonder why this company gets great reviews. Although I did not use their services because the job fell through, they had the most competitive pricing around. They are also very professional and knowledgeable. The service tech they sent out Dimitri, showed up on time, accessed the situation and quickly presented a solution with an estimate. I have worked with other AC companies and was left with the impression that they're all a bit shady and difficult to work with. I am pleased to share that H-Town AC & Heating Service is different. They performed a full residential system replacement, including ducts. Pricing was competitive and straightforward (and did not change during installation), and their team was fast, professional, clean, and easy to work with in my home, despite the fact that my house proved more difficult than I believe they expected.

Following the installation, we had an issue with our new thermostat (component failure--not H-Town's fault), and their sales person/talented technician came back the same day, taking full responsibility for resolving the issue within a few hours. This is probably the best service company that I have used. Not only did they answer right away but also came out the same day when it was convenient for me. They were also right on time. The technician Dimitri was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He also showed me what he did and demonstrated the results. We really lucked out with H-Town: Alex is outstanding. He was timely, friendly, and funny. He repaired so many different things in our house, even driving to Home Depot in rush hour when he didn't have enough parts (we need two toilets repaired!). He spent quite a while fixing our dishwasher even after saying he thought it would need an appliance professional, and charged us so much less than we imagine it would cost. We'll hire them again any time we need plumbing or AC work.
