Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating

Alaskan came out to my property last week and replaced my air conditioning system. The guys they sent out were clean and polite. They quoted me the lowest price out of like three companies, so I was happy that the quality came with the work. The technicians sold me a top tier unit that is working great now. Family is happy, so I'm happy.

Semi-annual AC/Heating System Inspection: Freddie Benally spent twice as much time as past inspectors and actually sat down with us to review his photos and analysis of conditions. While we weren't happy that he recommended some expensive duct cleaning ($1,600) and blower wheel/coil cleaning ($2,000), we can see that it's probably necessary. We have to consider our options, including total system replacement, as the system is 9 years old. We liked Freddie.

When our A/C went out last night, of the 15 places that claimed to be 24-hr, this was the only one who actually came through. Not only that, but the tech that showed up (James) was professional, helpful, and provided good info moving forward. Will definitely use again.

Earl performed the biannual maintenance service on my 2 heat pumps this week. He was prompt, kept me informed of what he was testing and the results, and gave recommendations on how to keep my units running. I would recommend him!

After contacting alaskan air and telling them my problem they had some one out within 20 minutes to check out my unit. after finding out the problem they had my unit up and running in about an hour. i have to compliment the Nick on doing such a great job and being so friendly. What great service and wonderful people. I've been listening to their ads on the radio and when my hvac system needed repairs they were kind and understanding. They explained all our options and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again when I have a problem. Great job!

I have been using ALASKAN for several years, excellent service and a very professional team. Our periodical maintenance is always "immaculate" and for the one made this week, Earl Diaz went the extra-mile. We had an unexpected electronic board failure, he and his team found the part at the other side of town, went to get it and installed in a few hours. Great job ALASKAN!

Marissa and Efrain saved me! Like most people, my AC went out at the worst time.mid-July during the monsoons late at night. I made an online appointment around midnight. When I called first thing this morning to follow up, Marissa was honest with me about the difficulty of getting me scheduled today since they were so busy. She said she would get back to me if she could work me in.

Somehow Marissa worked her magic. Ten minutes later, she called to say a tech was on his way. Efrain arrived at 8:30, and by 10:00 I had a new motor installed. Efrain was so compassionate and honest with me. What a great guy! I am so appreciative of both Marissa and Efrain! Thank you for turning a bad situation into a positive experience!

The technician arrived when promised. Was knowledgeable and friendly. I'm new to the area and very pleased with my first experience with Alaskan.
