Dan was stationed at Sheppard Air Force Base where he ended up retiring after 21.5 years of dedicated service to our country. I had been having HVAC issues for months, and dreaded making the call, expecting to wait days to get on a schedule, and expecting a fortune out of pocket for a sporadic issue that I could somewhat tolerate. After a full night without A/C, I'm thankful I left a message with Dan at Dalorem Heating and Air! Within minutes, he called me back and told me he could be by to take care of it shortly. Not only was the service quick, but it was EXTREMELY reasonable! Couldn't be more happy with the decision to go with Dalorem Heating and Air! They got a customer for life out of me!!

AC went out Wednesday night. After calling every AC business in town and all of them telling me they were weeks out from being able to send someone out. Dan called me and said he could be out within the hour and sure enough he got my ac up and running super fast! Pricing was very reasonable as well! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We had another HVAC company come out 2 weeks prior to Dalorem and they couldn't find any issues other than saying it's losing efficiency. Dalorem comes out and finds that the heater gets tripped on while the air conditioner is running and he fixes it and adds Freon and now it's blowing 57 degrees out the vents. The price was reasonable, highly recommended

I've been using this company for four years now! I was upset that my home warranty told me that they wouldn't allow me to use this company any longer. So I had to use who the warranty company will cover. The new company comes out and of course doesn't know what they are doing! Mean less to say I called Dan and the guys were here to fix the problem! I'll pay out of pocket and use this company before I use anyone else!

My AC stopped working right when the heat hit. I called all over town to find someone who could come out same day as it was almost 90 degrees in my house and that contracted with my home warranty company. Dan with Dalorem was the only one who said maybe. He was honest and friendly. He ended up coming out and fixing it, even had to have someone bring him the part he needed so it didn't have to wait till tomorrow. Serious Hero. So grateful for them and the job they did! Would

These guys are the best in the business came out Friday I wanted to up grade my unit they gave me a straight forward price quote and had it installed and rocking and rolling by end of the day Monday extremely quick turn around time and very informative on everything with my unit thanks again highly recommend their team
