I have used Air on Time at my home in Walden. This call was for my ranch which is a little outside their coverage zone. They stepped up and found a service tech who was working within a reasonable drive to the property. As always showed up on time, fix the unit for a reasonable price. Having a place to cool down after working in the 100 degree plus heat was a god send. Thanks.

My store thermostat went out at my store, Sunday. The lovely lady that answered my call was Jessica. She was so smart and honest. She suggested that we try changing the batteries. IT WORKED! I will always call Air On Time in the future. A year later and wonderful Charlie fixed both my store heater and my home heater. These people are honest!

I had an 8:00 A.M service time, and Matthew showed up 2 minutes before 8. I explained him the problem with the unit, which was that it was making a whining noise, and he went into the attic, diagnosed the problem, and explained it so that I would understand what he was doing. He gave me a price to how much the part and service would cost, which was very reasonable, and then installed the part.
He also aligned the fan which was just off center, and proceeded to test the unit to make sure the job was done correctly, which it was. Quick, thorough, and very reasonable. What more can you ask for?

Awesome! The ad says open 24/7 and they mean it. Any shop can send someone out tomorrow. sure just take a number right? These guys fixed my ac at midnight! best deal ever! I called at 10pm on a thursday. Kyle got here quick, was professional, and clearly knew his job very well. What's more was genuinely glad to help me out of a jam. Making this call put me on hero status with my wife! Plus it saved me the expense and hassle of a hotel room! Broken ac is no joke. I called Air On Time on a Sunday and was very pleased with the service I received. Kyle was here within 45 minutes to an hour and was courteous, pleasent, energetic and knowledgeable. He located the problem, fixed it and was finished within 45 minutes to an hour. I was extremely pleased with every aspect of the service I received from Air On Time and will certainly recommend them to anyone needing AC service

Great honest company. We had an AC company sent us their rep and told us we need freon and it leaking too, total will be around $580.00. It was too much so we starting looking on google and came across AIRON TIME AC. Mr. Shannon came and within seconds Spot the problem and fixed for only $139.99 HIGHLY SUGGESTED. Honest people.

Air on Time maintained our two old units for at least 10 years. They installed two new units in June of 2013. We love the new AC's! They are extremely energy efficient and dehumidify our home so that we are almost cold in here during the sweltering summer months of Houston. I highly recommend James and all his staff. Honest, dependable, hardworking and capable is how I describe them.
