Our AC stopped working and Superior came out same day and diagnosed the problem. We had to replace the whole system and they were able to fit us in within 2 days. This company honestly couldn't have been more helpful! right away we knew the service was going to be good with how polite and respectful ken was. Even when breaking the news that we need a whole new ac and heating unit, it didn't seem so bad though with the way he went about telling us. When Tyler and Miciah showed up they got right to work, both being very friendly and efficient through the entire job.

Top notch customer service! Our AC unit broke not fixable and we needed a new unit at pur home in Trenton. Justin and Rudy were out the next day and installed a brand new AC and replaced and installed many other additonal parts. Great service and I could not believe they were there the next day during the busy season. Highly recommend!

Ethan and Donald were awesome! They were very professional. I looked up how long it takes to install a furnace, and they did it in the minimum time. They instructed me on how to take care of the unit for it to be in the best condition. Right now the new equipment is running smoothly in my house. They also let me know if anything goes wrong, to give them a call. These guys are the real deal so don't hesitate to seek their service.

We replaced our old AC and furnace last year with Superior. We had comparison shopped and chose Superior for their reputation and the services and choices they offer, as well as comparable pricing. Tony came to our home to inspect what we had, to explain different options with pros/cons of all choices. Their team of Justin and Donald and another technician were prompt, professional, courteous, and left no mess behind.
We were very surprised they could do the furnace and AC all in one day. It's been almost a year and we are very happy we chose Superior. Shortly after this work was done, we needed a gas line opened for a new gas stove and they were also able to do this for us. This is a great company to work with. We highly recommend them.

We had two houses in need of HVAC work. My home in Rockwood and my in-laws in Wyandotte. Superior Comfort Heating and Cooling provided the most comprehensive quotes for both. Our sales representative, Tony, quoted both jobs, and his deep technical knowledge was readily apparent. Tony's quote was comprehensive, and he noted improvements that I hadn't considered. Ours was a fairly large job with a new furnace and AC to replace our 23-year-old units plus removal of our hot water tank and installation of a tankless hot water heater.
All equipment is Rheem. We'll leave a separate review for the Wyandotte location, and this review is related to Rockwood. On installation day, Justin and Rudy arrived in a clean vehicle wearing sharp company attire. They were later joined by Ricky who was also looking sharp and ready to work. Justin led the crew over the two-day installation, and the attention to detail and workmanship was outstanding.
They took care to cover the floors and cleaned up after themselves each day. During the installation, Tony dropped by to see how things were going, and we even had a visit from the owner, Scott. This type of follow-through is rare, and it gave me increased confidence that we had selected the right company for this project. All of the work performed is top notch, and the team maintained a professional demeanor throughout. Needless to say, we are very happy with the final product. Superior puts good people in front of the customer at all points in their process.

I am very pleased that I called Superior Comfort for an estimate on replacing my brothers outdated furnace and AC in Riverview. This company is top notch from the start to finish! 1st started out with Ken when he came out and that he was very thorough with me with what needed to be done. Thank you Ken! The new furnace and AC installation was started the next day by Justin and Rudy.

Our furnace went out on a very cold night. Called them that morning to set up an appt, they came earlier than expected. Hooked the new furnace up and running and set a date to come back and finish the install. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Went over everything with us answered all our questions. Very professional. They came back and finished the job and cleaned up to. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the job and the staff. After a weekend service call, it was determined a new furnace and central air unit would be the best option for us. We had a 'temp' install done so we wouldn't be without heat and a final install just 2 weeks later. The techs were prompt, friendly and went above and beyond during the install and after with explaining all of the features and how to do maintenance on the units. Highly Recommend!

This company is very great and helped me in very a timely manner. I called this morning and they were able to have someone out to my house by 1pm! Zack was the guy who came out to help us. He was very professional and explained everything to us and what he was doing! He fixed our issue and stayed for a few to make sure our furnace was working properly.
He talked with us about preventative maintenance and quoted us for future repair that we might need later down the road. Highly recommend this company and Zack is the guy I'll request every time!

We had our AC, furnace, and water heaters replaced, and our ducts sealed and insulated, and Superior gave us a great deal for everything as well as a financing offer. Justin and Donald came to our place in Flat Rock and from the start were courteous, professional, and respectful of the property. They put down cloths to protect our floors and stairs, took care to fold up area rugs so they would not be trampled, and were communicative throughout the process (letting us know when water would be turned off and back on, what parts they'd be working on each day, answered all of our hundreds of questions, and demonstrated all features before they left).
They cleaned up after each work day, and I even commented that things were cleaner after each day than when they arrived! We'll definitely call on Superior again if we ever need more (and they'll be servicing everything they just installed). Highly recommend!

Great Company! Greg was knowledgeable with our needs and wants. He explained what the furnace needed as far as venting and returns. High efficiency or 80 percent efficiency they don't pressure you into installing the top of the line furnaces. It's what works with your needs. He made himself available for any questions we had as work was being. performed.

Called regarding a AC not working properly. They sent a guy out who diagnosed and made a repair. The repair didn't work so the back at no cost diagnosed and found the root cause. AC seems to be working great now. Also the person they sent out was very friendly. This seems like a great company and they are now the company I will call on for years to come.
