First met Mike 18 yrs ago when in need of furnace and a.c.. Played the phone game with other companies, pricing and estimates. Mike came out, offered good products and low prices. Being in need again, I played the same game,and when i called Mike he not only remembered me, but where I lived. once again he offered top brand product, at lower competitive prices. 2 days before said delivery date, Mike called to tell me the AC couldn't be delivered and updated me to a better unit, NO COST to me.2 days later the furnace and AC were installed. Next time i'm ready, I will call Mike, the rest can take a hike. Call and find out for yourself

After 17 years, our HVAC ate itself recently. Fire and Ice gave me an honest assessment of the benefits of repair vs. replacement and didn’t pressure me either way. Replacement took place today. Fire & Ice recently installed a new Infinity 98 furnace, and I've been really pleased with how much quieter it is than my old furnace, which used to come on with a roar every so often. The new Infinity 98 furnace is quiet as a mouse, and you barely know when it's running. But perhaps even more important, it produces a more even heat throughout the house.

I used to see hot spots and cold spots, but those are greatly reduced, and the whole house is more comfortable. The Fire & Ice team was highly professional, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service.

Excellent Service! The (I like to call them) Doug and Jeremy Team from Adam Plumbing. Adam Plumbing Co. did our home a few years ago, and did a really nice job, so when it came time to do this project, I gave Mike Coe a call, and Mike sent "The Doug and Jeremy Team" who just did everything right. I have even asked for the same team, for our future updating kitchen sink project. Thank you for the excellent service! Also, their Fire & Ice side is excellent too!
