Access Heating & Air Conditioning

Called Access Heating & Air for maintenance & to replace filter. They had someone out to my property in less than 24 hours. Luke was the technician, he was very friendly and professional. At the end he sat down to go over exact numbers of his readings and explained what everything meant. Photos were taken as well to help visualize. He wasn't pushy to upsell products like you find most times, but explained what was recommended versus what's needed. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking!

I received the most awesome service from Andrew he was very efficient very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Andrew also spent time with me showing me how to clean filters on a small system I had installed in my playroom. This well known company supplied me with no manual and did not explain how to use the system or the remote it was up to me to figure it out even with several phone calls to the company they never followed through.

He also showed me several different options of maintenance programs and things that were available if I wanted to add them. I have never had such a great experience of any company that has come to my home and done any service. I Received a call and a tracking and a picture which was very helpful to know when and a picture of the employee that was going to come to my home.

I feel comfortable if I ever have a AC or furnace issue that I can call and get great service. I can't say enough wonderful things about Andrew I will definitely request him for future services! Thanks again Von

I have been using Access for over a year now. I had them install a new Lennox system for me last year. The install went great. The installers were friendly nice and explained the system to me. Then I had the regular maintenance performed twice thus far. I've had the same technician both times. He was friendly and took the time to explain and show me all the important things of my system and explain what the problem was. He charged me a fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the valley looking for a heating and air specialist.

The tech was friendly and knowledgable. The salesman gave good info and scheduled fast install. ( I think so I would change my mind.) The installers were great. They worked hard. Made modification. Check and double checked that everything worked before they left. The price was more than I thought it should be. The finance terms were good. THANK YOU.

Richard came to do our maintenance this morning and was wonderful! He loved on our intrusive pup and understood the loud chaos of a toddler running around. He was quick and detailed when talking me through what he was doing and what could need done in the future. 10/10 service! Thank you, Richard!

We can not express enough how wonderful the service is. They were so helpful and out here within 30 minutes. Our technician Tyler W. Went above and beyond helping us. And explaining everything to us as he went. My parents are on disability and they tried everything possible to help u so we did not go without heat. About 2.5 years ago, Access installed a new heating and a/c system for us in a very professional and competent way. Today we had a malfunction of the thermostat. The person that visited my home was prompt and professional. They have a modern system and were able to show available improvements on a tablet where it was easy to compare. They also have a maintenance agreement where you pay a monthly cost rather than having larger singular charges at the beginning of the season that I really appreciate.

We had heating maintenance and hot water tank cleaned. Very friendly and professional! The gentleman that came out was very informative on what would help our system work better and clean our air. We have 2 boys a dog and three cats so lots of pet dander. I was referred to Access heating and air in the summer when my air conditioner was freezing. We had are system evaluated. The technician, Jared, was very nice. He thoroughly went through our HVAC. He explained some components that we were not familiar with, such as an old filtration system that is connected but not operable. He informed us that our unit is higher end and in good repair. He explained that regular replacement of the filter will prolong the units life and an annual check would be beneficial. The front office follow up with a phone call to ask if we had any questions. It was a pleasure dealing with Access Heating and Air.

When my former service company "disappeared" and never returned my requests to set up routine autumn service for my furnace, I searched for companies who serice my brand of heating and air conditioning equipment and found Access. They were professional to deal with on the phone and set up a service appointment very soon. They kept me informed with texts and the service appointment went well.

Just had Access out today to fix my broken air conditioner. Not only were they available SAME day but they were above and beyond communicative about ETA of my technician. I got multiple texts, a tracking link and a picture of my technician so I knew who to expect.
Luke was helpful and understanding of both the equipment and the stress of a major repair to the homeowner.

He also went above and beyond on the job site to make sure that everything was working perfectly and to the best of its ability before packing up. I would absolutely recommend Access Heating and Air to my friends and family.

If you're looking for the cheapest price - I'll flat out tell you, you're not going to find it here. If you're looking for reliable, friendly service and thorough work - call them. And be honest with them about what your situation is. They WILL work with you to provide a variety of solutions. One year, they triaged the repairs over the course of several months so it didn't hit me all at once. I will always use them for HVAC service.

We had our AC unit serviced. This was the first time in 12 years. The serviceman gave me a short AC 101 course because, i was asking a lot of questions. He explained in depth the AC unit. He did a complete test and serviced the AC. I was very impressed with his patience and willingness to explain how the system works. I would definetly recommend this company to anyone.

I have been with these guys for over 12 years now and they have continued to provide excellent service. Just had them replace our old equipment and they made some duct repairs and set us up with 2 thermostats in our house. We are saving more than 45% on our utility bills!
