I called for a dryer repair on a 27 year old dryer. They came the next day because of a huge snow storm coming. The repairman literally listened to the dryer for 5 seconds and knew exactly what was wrong! Better yet, he had the part on his truck and was finished in about 45 minutes! It works greatbetter than it has in years.he even vacuumed out the loose lint. Best service ever!! Thanks so much!!

Excellent servuce!! We have used numerous times. Right from the start of calling Doyle Patton Service, Bridgett answered the calll. She is the office administrator and she is very efficient and does a great job at running the office!! Wayne has been our appliance repairman and I always request him now. He is honest, knowledgeable and has done appliance repair for us on our home and rental properties.
He is always very punctual for the scheduled appt. I feel very comfortable having him in our home. and properties He is very clean and respectable. Darren has done a good job on A/C work for us. When A/C froze up this summer he was quick to get to us 1st thing early in the morning. Doyle Patton Services is a family owned and operated business. It was good to see Darren had his son wirh him teaching him the trade. Kevin is the plumber who has serviced a toilet and did a good job. I would highly reccomend this company!!!

Doyle and his long time employee replaced our LG refrigerator door that had been damaged by a prior contractor in our home. Of course it was the left hand door with the built in ice maker, water dispenser and other electronics so it was not an easy job. The open door surgery went well and our refrigerator finally functions properly again. Thanks for taking on our challenging repair. Very satisfied with the quality of the work and the ease of communication.

I have used this company 5 or 6 times in the last few years for my primary residence and for rental properties. They have come out for simple fixes (A/C unit not cooling properly) to major repairs (replacing my entire A/C/ unit and heat pump). As the other reviews say, these guys really are the best. Their level of service and friendliness is above and beyond what I expected.
They immediately make you feel comfortable and there's never any high-pressure sales tactics. Their prices are in-line (perhaps on the lower end) with other companies and the peace of mind I get from using these guys is priceless. This is 100% my go-to heating and A/C company for all jobs, big and small.

Our company microwave quit working. Since it's a built in, over the counter with an exhaust fan for the cooktop it wasn't as simple as buying a new one. So I started doing web searches and making phone calls. Nobody was interested in coming to look at an inexpensive item like this, but finally one person I called told me to try Doyle Patton. They were friendly and just as promised, their tech arrived the next day. He got the problem fixed quickly, and the price was very fair. I put them in our vendor list and we'll definitely use them again when we have a need.

Awesome service! I have been using American Home Shield for almost 5 years now and I never have good luck with AC companies coming out to fix issues. No kidding it usually takes weeks to get the problems fixed. Our AC went out 07/10/2018 at 730pm and I put the call in and at 8:39AM on 07/11/2018 Doyle Patton Service employee Keith called me to say he was on his way. Keith arrived at 9:26 AM and figured out the problem very quickly, replaced the part and was done within an hour. Keith was very professional and knowledgeable. I was amazed at the service. Thank you Keith and Doyle Patton Service. I hope if I have any other issues your company is dispatched to me again. Excellent service

I recently purchased my first home, which came with a home warranty. 2 months in and my microwave quits working. The warranty company enlists Doyle Patton Service Inc to handle the repairs. Wayne called and set up an appointment to come out after I got off work. Wayne was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable; and quickly identified the issue. Wayne informed me that he needed to order some parts to make the repair, and that they would be in within about a week.
Today Wayne called to let me know the parts were in. He once again came out in a timely fashion, made the repairs, now my microwave is working good as new and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received from Wayne and Doyle Patton Service Inc. Will definitely use them for any future appliance repair needs.

They have repaired both our dishwasher, and the pipe going to our fridge (we thought it was the fridge, but the repairman figured it out in about 10 seconds).
