Called Gary at AirWise for some preventative maintenance before the winter months and was scheduled the same week. I was told that my Carrier-Bryant indused draft assembly is starting to show wear but was recommended to wait until it fails. Seems like good business practice but the price quoted seemed a few hundred dollars steep, cost of business I guess. They also provided a military discount, which is always appreciated!

I knew my a/c died in the spring, but because of finances, I unwisely put off exploring my options until late June For one week, in 100+ degree heat I collected proposals and educated myself on HVAC. Gary was the last guy to stop by. I was impressed with his thorough proposal, his explanation of installation techniques and the products he sells. He never condescended to me (I'm a woman) and he matched my lowest proposal. The best part is, his considerate and timely installers were here the next morning. It is 108 degrees outside today, but we are cool and comfortable!
