I am a home improvement contractor and have to say that I am totally impressed with my experience with this company! From the initial consultation with Anthony to the installation, everyone was professional, courteous and on time. Their installation work was efficient and immaculate. They even came to the rescue with a temporary solution when our prior AC condenser failed prior to the install date. If you need HVAC services, I highly recommend this company!

We used Allied for the PSE&G Energy Savings Program, they replaced HVAC units, water heater, re-did the attic insulation and air-sealed the gaps where air was escaping. Very impressed, very worth it. It was a lot of work to be done in one day, seemed impossible but they did a really fantastic job- professional, clean, and the effects noticeable by that night.

There was one part of the work that they had forgotten to address, leaving storage space in the attic, but this was promptly resolved without a hitch. The experience overall was very customer-focused, transparent, and honest. We're 5 months post-install and no issues thus far.

My past experiences with Allied has not been great but that all changed when Jeremy came to my house for an emergency repair. Yesterday was the hottest day of the year thus far and of course my AC had to break; having a little one at home we could not bear the heat. Right away he got to work checking everything until he finally found the issue. Fixed it within minutes, explained the problem and even took the time to walk me through normal maintenance for my system.

He was so knowledgeable and treated me like I was part of his family. And to top it all off he personally reached out to ensure everything was still up and running! The level of service he provided restored my faith in Allied and I will not hesitate to contact them in the future, but I will always request Jeremy! Thank you Jeremy for everything! You're the best!

Got our Aprilaire 700 whole home humidifier installed. Two gentlemen Irvin and Fernando came and installed the humidifier. Very professional and fast. When the unit started working we had issue with the condensation flow as the outside was freezing. Called Allied again. Fernando came back quickly to take care of it and solved the condensation problem as well. Great work and definitely would recommend them.

Great experience start to finish. No problems needed fixing, just wanted some routine maintenance on the heater. Online appointment was easy to make, rep Eric reached out to confirm what our needs we're and let me know if other services/memberships they offer without being pushy. Tech Javier showed up on time and was clearly knowledgeable. There was no big upsell attempt here either, he said the system looked great and gave some maintenance tips, got me an estimate for duct cleaning just because we didn't know when it had last been done by previous owners before we moved in. Will go back for AC maintenance as well! Definitely recommend.

I had an issue with my heating system that was causing the heat to shut off regularly, and of course, this was happening during the coldest days of the Winter months. Allied treated my issue with the necessary urgency and scheduled techs to repair the issue in a timely manner. I did give 4 stars instead of 5 because the problem wasn't fully resolved the first time, and it untimely took 3 visits to find and fix all the root causes.

But I appreciate the response I got from Allied. Things are expected to go wrong in any situation. The measure of the value of a company is how they respond to those problems, and Allied responded with exceptional customer service.

This is our second time using Allied services and they never disappoint. Both men were professional, wore their masks inside, and cleanup after they were done. Their work was flawless and they answered all our questions, and addressed additional concerned. I strongly recommend Allied for all you HVAC and duct work needs. The technician that came to my house today was a 10. Terrific customer service, legit cared so much about making sure he not only fixed my issue but explained the process he went through to figure out the issue. Guy was incredible, wanted to make sure I was 100% informed and taken care of - 5 star service and company (Allied, make sure you look up my technicians name who came to my house and take care of him. You have a gem worker)

Allied send someone out to do an energy audit. They told me that I may qualify for a program which would insulate my home and more for free, even though the work would go to a different company. Honest company. Good karma!

We had Allied come out and do the bi-yearly maintenance on our HVAC system. Mike was polite, on time and very professional. He explained everything he did and helped us with our thermostat. Very pleased overall. Service: HVAC system maintenance

I would just like to sincerely thank Irvin Gonzalez of Allied Experts for coming to review my HVAC system this passed weekend. He came although it was a last minute request on a weekend. He was on time and took his time to listen to me, my concerns, and walk me through the entire system. He proved how another companies inspectors were trying to pull a fast one on me and explained how my current system has numerous safeguards in place.

I initially called the previous company because a loud squeaking noise was coming from the heating unit when in operation. That company said it was the fan, but it was the door to the system squeaking due to vibrations! Irvin solved that problem in two seconds! I was absolutely dumbfounded and sincerely thankful of Irvin. I was also extremely upset with the other company. Irvin with Allied also took the time to test out the possible existence of carbon monoxide with me with my new CM detectors.

The other company that I initial was going with said carbon monoxide was coming into my house and that was easily proven to be false. That company did not do any testing, but assumed this was happening. That company said I needed an entirely new system and should do it asap as it's a danger to me and my family. With a newborn on the way, it was extremely stressful.

It was terribly unprofessional and I am SO GLAD I called Allied for a second opinion and was provided Irvin's help. He saved me and my family from a severely stressful situation. Whenever I need any additional services or a possible HVAC replacement I will be calling ALLIED and Irvin. Thank you sir! You made our holiday! Have a great Christmas.

We had an excellent experienced HVAC technician Irving! Many issues at our new home cause previous owners were snowbirds and were not really here in winter.our tech was experienced professional and determined our problems.we are so grateful and pleased with the service! Will not use anyone else but Allied!

Allied did our heating and cooling on our primary residence in 2016. It was very well done from start to finish. They were responsive and set very good expectations. Most importantly, they did great work and helped us make our home more energy efficient. Fast forward to 2021. We have a 2nd property and the time has come to replace the HVAC. Naturally, we started with Allied.

The experience started off the same way. However, this time, we ran into trouble with the town. The town said our condenser needs to be 12.5 ft up in the air which is insane, as no other houses in our development have this and we are already elevated. We supplied an elevation cert but they said its out dated. Allied has pretty much put this all on me and my wife.

We are not familiar with this kind of thing and are busy with work and kids. As I write this, they have not started work and it's been well over 2 months. I would expect a company like Allied to know how to deal with this kind of problem but they don't. My neighbors who replaced their HVAC recently didn't use Allied and did not run into this problem. That said, great work from Allied but if you have town issues, don't expect one ounce of help.

This place is horrible. They replaced my furnace and blew the gas regulator to my home. They didn't bother to ask if I had anything else hooked up to my gas line when they shut it off so my gas lamp in the back was leaking as well after they left. The gas company had to come out and shut off the gas to my home so we didn't blow up. Will never allow there people near my home again.

My technician, Tito, observed all necessary precautions, answered all my questions, gave me advice on improving the air quality. I have enjoyed my relationship with Allied Energy. Services: Heating maintenance, Repair heating system, Cleaning, HVAC maintenance

Tech diagnosed boiler problem as need to replace Low Water Cutoff, ordered part, different tech installed ($500), but didn't test boiler. It was summer, so boiler didn't run for more than a month. I tried to start it in November, before a coming cold snap.boiler ignited explosively, then went off. Same original tech came up and diagnosed need to replace Gas Flow Regulator (another $400), and said the part should arrive in just a day.

Now waiting almost a week with only a space heater in 20/30 degree lows for part and to get scheduled for install. Of course, they don't work weekends. When I requested expedited service, office person said she'd contact her supervisor.of course, I got no response, not even a "f you." The only reason I called these folks in the first place is that they installed the boiler.

They come up from south Jersey and always seem in a rush to leave. Disappointed isn't strong enough. ***Update*** the GFR is installed and I now have steam heat again.and I received a concerned call from Lisa, an Allied Ambassador, who asked about my experience, then offered to credit $125 and set me up with 3 complimentary tuneup visits, which I'll schedule for successive September dates.

I will accept this offer, it's free stuff/service, after all, which makes me feel a little better about Allied's willingness to listen, but doesn't in any way change the events noted above. I will add one star (to three) for responsiveness after the fact.

Allied came out to do an assessment. Very thorough review. We are still deciding our path forward but this initial contact was very positive.

As much as I wanted to love our experience it took 12 hours, a guy fell thru our ceiling when spraying insulation and they can't repair for over 2 weeks. We have to figure out painting ourselves and get reimbursement. there is insulation all over my property from their blower breaking 2 different times. There is now weird orange goo dripping into one of my child's bedrooms that they will be fixing in 2 weeks And lastly they tripped up most of our electricity in the house only having some of it come back on but not our refrigerator.

When they called the next day to schedule the "maintenance" aka all the stuff that was done improperly they were not apologetic and it just seems to be normal course of business. The sales guys are great and knowledgeable and that's about all that they have to offer.

The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything to my satisfaction. Alternatives were explained.

Allied Experts is a great company! They have awesome people who work for them, from sales to the completion of the job! The two crews that came out to install our air conditioning & heating system, hot water heater & insulation in our attic! Both were very professional, cleaned up after their jobs & took pride in their work!

We absolutely love our new heat pump/AC unit, the water heater, and certainly the insulation of our home. I have lived in this home for 35 years + and have never been this comfortable. I will say we did have some issues with the sales guy's promises that could not be followed through by the company. And we certainly were disappointed. But after a few phone calls and getting to the right "after install" technician, we are very pleased.

It really was a shame that we had issues initially. At the end of the day, we are very, very pleased. Allied provided a great product, a really great deal, and in the end, great customer service...
So, YES, I would absolutely recommend Allied to a friend!!!

We got our new HVAC, hot water heater, and added insulation, it was installed a few years ago, under the NJNG program. Our A/C and heater was original to the house from the 70's. They were amazing. They did everything they said they would. We even needed our A/C handler relocated to another location. They did that for a very reasonable price. We received all Rheem products and we couldn't be happier. Definitely an A+++ company.

Allied installed A/C, furnace, hot water heater, and insulated attic. They secured all permits and upon inspection of work, township inspector said everything was exactly up to code. Customer service is excellent. They were recommended to me by my son-in-law. Installation time is generally all day--there is a lot of stuff to do. They removed every bit of the old stuff and carted it away. Clean up was top notch.

I had Allied switch my heating and air along with changing out my hot water heater to gas. They also insulated my attic. Their staff was efficient, on time, and respectful. I could have not asked for better service. I would and have recommended them to anybody looking to update their systems.

They did a great job with the installation of all the equipment. I felt it was done in a timely matter. And after the installation they showed me how it worked and the basic maintanece for upkeep.
