I just wanted to write a quick note of praise. CT Air Systems installed our air conditioning unit about eight summers ago, and when we have the annual maintenance done on the unit, your service technicians have always been so friendly, helpful, and professional. When Adam was here yesterday I told myself that I would finally write a little note to let you know that the techs are doing a good job. Through the years, all of the techs have been easy to deal with and have kept our unit running smoothly.

Highly, highly recommend this wonderful team. Over the past two years, CT Air Systems has replaced my furnace, combustion and whole-house air conditioner unit. The entire team is wonderful to work with. They are always on time and very professional. Their work is fantastic and cost is very reasonable. I recently sold my house and had a very last minute issue that needed to be resolved.
The technician showed up right away and quickly resolved the issue at no cost to me. This would have been so stressful if I dealt with any other company! They stand by their work and really go out of their way for their customers.

We were referred to CT Air Systems last winter (2018) from our neighbor. Been meaning to share for a long time, we highly recommend this company! Our furnace stopped heating during the coldest time of last winter. The technicians worked tirelessly to find the right "board" needed for the operation of the furnace. The furnace is older and not installed by them!
We were just so impressed with their customer service, the kindness and professionalism of their technicians and determination to make the furnace work properly! Again, over a week ago, we had a technician here, Adam, for routine GHM maintenance. He is a great guy, so knowledgeable and proud of who he works for CAS! Thank you for making us very now long time and delighted customers! John and Gerri Jemioto Ansonia, CT

Good for installation but horrible for after service. Refuse to give service appointments after 4pm or on weekends. Refuse to give time other than in 3 or 4 hour blocks i.e 8 to 12 or 1 to 4. No use for people who have jobs to be at --a company attitude is 'take a day off' to wait for the technician! Really poor approach to customers. Expensive and not worth it if you need after sales service or yearly maintenance (and who doesn't need after sales servicing for aircon units?)

I would highly recommend this company. I had a new furnace put in and changed over from oil to gas. The crew that came were on time, efficient, neat, answered any question, they were polite and, a great sense of humor. The supervisor Tony Jr. was awesome and Mr. Laluna came also to check on the progress very impressive. I have to give kudos also, to Amy in the office she is great!!

This is going to be a rave review, so hold onto your seat. I spent many hours choosing whom to ask for bids for a new furnace and central A/C system. I ended up with four companies, of which one is the known as the "Cadillac" company in the area, one was recommended by a friend who owns 500,000 feet of commercial real estate and who does construction and reconstruction frequently, and two were based on Yelp and Google reviews.
All four sent out people to inspect the house and the outside air conditioner and the difficult-to-access crawl space with the furnace. All seemed competent and promised to send in bids shortly. My first comment is about the bidding process. One did not bid at all, perhaps afraid of the crawl space. Two submitted proposals that seemed reasonable, but they were then not responsive to questions about alternatives.
The bids were very similar, so it became an issue of selecting the best company. Connecticut Air Systems (CAS) engaged in a lengthy email and telephone correspondence in which numerous alternatives were discussed. To put it boldly, no question by me was left unanswered. And the answers were prompt and correct. For instance, CAS was the only firm that knew that running a stainless steel tube up the chimney for the exhaust vent is not permitted with a condensor (95% plus efficiency) furnace; the other two firms were planning to do this. Installation: CAS sent out 10, yes ten, people one day who did the entire installation including a significant amount of sheet metal work done in-house at their shop, and the furnace was up and running that night. Some final touches were done the next day. The installation was done elegantly and correctly. In sum, this was a dream installation.

Recently I converted from oil to gas. After speaking with a few companies Connecticut Air Systems was highly recommended to me. Tony stopped by to give me a quote and my mind was settled. The installation of intake & exhaust pipes, the furnace and humidifier is impeccable. Their attention to detail and appearance is amazing. I am a delighted consumer and recommend CT Air Systems without hesitation!

I came home Monday night from work to the temperature in my house being 85 degrees and the older dogs in distress. A huge thank you to Connecticut Air Systems in Milford for coming to fix my central air quickly. They installed my central air 17 years ago and come to maintain it every year so since they were here last month I only paid for a part and air was back up by 10:00 am. No better company, they have been courteous and friendly over all these years with all the dogs they've had to step over while they do their job.
