My experience has been great. From the moment I contacted them in need of a new AC unit they have provided a great and outstanding service. Joel and his partner were very punctual, hard workers, communicative, and in all reality they did a great job. I would recommend Joel as a technician to anyone. I sent in a request to who I thought was home advisors and they partner with Angi list contractors. This company is the worst nightmare! They are liars and the manager does not return calls. They did some electrical work for me and one of the technicians caused a ton of damage to my property. They damaged my 60 in tv to the point it will not turn on, they damaged a bedroom tv, they damaged an Xbox.
They fried my adt panel to the point adt security had to come out to my home to replace the panel and re program all of the sensors in my home. Spectrum had to come out because they had blown an amp and left my family without Internet service and landline for close to 48hrs. They forgot to re attach the wiring to my dryer They damaged my exterior security lights and had to re run wires. DirectTV tech came to my home and had to replace a cable box because it was fried.
My ring door bell was damaged and adt had to replace the adapter. My power was off for at least 8-12 hrs two days in a roll as the food in my freezer and refrigerator was going bad. They have not even begun to talk to me about replacing my damaged items. I am not sure how they got such great reviews but there electric is Horrible! Stay far far far away!
I contacted Angi List and told them never ever contact me with any of their so call contractors! If I could give this company a negative -20 I would but I select one, but this company does not deserve even one. I must admit, since this post, Max, the general manager resolved all of my concerns. He went far and above expectations to correct all issues.
Since being in communication with Max, I feel comfortable utilizing more of their available services. Thank You so much Max! I used this service again because of Colis the electrician. But, this company is AWFUL! First, in my contract, I was told they were going to pull permits! They completely did the work as of 3/20/22, but Never not once pull permits!
I called to schedule an inspection with the City and they just got the application today 4/12/22 almost month later! I have had the techs out multiple times post installation and now the Company refuses to come out. I paid them over 18000.00 for sloopy, leaking, malfunctioning split units. The techs left exposed copper wire to my compressor, one of the units were leaking in the room, another one is flashing P6, they are trying to convince me it's 23 seer when the website states 19.8 seer, left gaps or openings to the white liners! List goes on! One of the units would not turn on it showed a negative sign. Keep your money and stay away from this company! Management is horrible!

I would have liked it better if the technician had called to give me a heads-up about when he would arrive at my house (arrived a few minutes after the 2-hour window of time I was given). I didn't have any problem other than that. He completed the maintenance check and said he didn't find any issues.

I'll never use this company again because they are not clear about the terms of agreement. I signed with them for AC bi-yearly maintenance. One month after the tech came our AC unit shut off because the Adrian age line was clogged! Before I signed I made sure that specific service (checking the lines) was included in our agreement and of course they confirmed at the time! Definitely not renewing nor recommending to anyone!

The company install my DAKIN Central Air unit in December 2018. Since then I have to call for several service with faulty part, initially the employee and manager took a great responsibility to take care of the problem. Even though I have encountered all the issue (including poor installment ship, one of the manager Dave came and assess this issue and apologize.
Even they have to replace my wood floor due to water over spill from the unit. I was still happy due to the courtesy and their taking the ownership the faulty installment. Last year, March 2019, I call in due to the a faulty contact in the fan unit. Since it is still under 2 years labor warranty, the technician came and take care of it. I even pay for one year maintenance service for $145.
On June of 2020, they came and do the maintenance and another maintenance of January of 2021. During the last maintenance, a sale person came want to sell a maintenance that will cost close to $2000. So, I decide to wait. This past week, suddenly my AC is not working. The technician explained that my evaporator coil have a major leak. He quote me a total of $1300 to fix it. 6 tons of Freon needed just to get the AC working for temporary until they can get the part.
Next day, I got a call that the part is back order and it will take 4-7 weeks. I have to pay my own Freon which cost $150 a ton to keep the house cool until the part arrive. In my calculation, I might as well get a brand new unit. Marie from the company give me info rmation to call DAKIN directly. DAKIN told me that the part is back order ETA 1 week.
The DAKIN agent Leticia Wiggins suggest that the contract might able to contact the distributor for assist in Freon assistance while I am waiting for my part, When I call back spoke to Marie, I didn't get the help and she asked me to call back to DAKIN and have them call her for verification. I have call DAKIN again and try to reach Leticia. At this point, I am not sure when I will get my AC unit working and how much it will cost me. I am very disappointed to have to get thru this with 90 degree Florida heat and three children at home. Hopefully, someone get back to me for assistance.

As for AC service this company is the best I have worked with. Their techs and the office personnel is great. Alex is the best. She cares for the customer, she offers the help and follows up. When she tells you we can not be there for whatever reason she calls you and let you know. Ryan Ellis is an incredible person, he knows his stuff and asks your needs then to move up to talk about what AC unit we would need. Alex thanks for all you do for me.
They had service my AC and finally gave up. Other companies just came and go and charged me an arm and a leg, not fair. Tomorrow they are coming to install a new unit, they recommended Daikin and the warranty and labor for 12 years was a decision maker, but also for Ryan and for Alex. Thank you both. I have yet to see the installation of the new unit. For that, I will write another review. I hope that the installers and installation go smooth.

I have used them 3 times now. For plumbing and electrical. They are a bit expensive. 2 capacitors on the compressor for $128! With labor it came out to $218 for 30 minutes of work. I learned my lesson on that one, but at the time didn't feel like dealing with it. The one a/c problem I had before, the condensate line was plugged (I never thought to look at that ) and he was in and out in under 20 minutes. They do exactly what they need to quickly and properly. They are friendly and explain what is wrong. So I've always learned something.
