I've been a customer of this company for many years so long that it was when the owner used to come out and do the repairs, himself. I've always had good service from them. On July 27, 2021 Tyler came out, gave me an estimate on my oven igniter and said he had the part with him. I said well I have to get approval from a home warranty that I had bought first.
So I paid the 95 dollar estimate fee. Taylor said to call back the company and they would send them back out once I got the approval. I got approval from my home warranty and then when I called them back to schedule the appointment they all of a sudden didn't have the part in stock and I couldn't leave a message for Tyler because he was out in the field etc. and they were going to have to order it and when it came in they would schedule the appointment etc.
I called maybe 2 to 3 weeks later and the girl that answered said that the part was still not in and they didn't have an ETA on the part yet. Tyler never called me back and to this day I am still waiting for a callback from them to tell me that the part has arrived. I went with another Company who did just as good work for much cheaper. All Tech has lost a customer.

Tech tyler, came out to diagnose the problem with dryer, $89 fee, my understanding that the fee is waived if repaired, or you'll still have to pay them for coming out, but really that fee is taken off the estimate of $335.66 total is what I paid because I need my dryer, he also left a small scratch on my dryer right where he opened it, so two star Tyler needs to be more careful, it or took him maybe 30 min at the most replacing a kit.maybe they should discount me for the scratch, but it is what it is.

The first tech they sent out was awesome, he helped me get the refrigerator up and running, and was very informative. The refrigerator started having trouble holding temp, so I called them out. The original tech was no longer working for them. They sent out a nice young man, but it took him hours to figure out the problem. He added Freon, then left and the problem resumed an hour later.
Another tech came out and spent hours, thought he figured it out, left and the problem resumed. They sent the service manager out who discovered that all the Freon was now gone(the tech must be responsible because it wasn't leaking Freon before they worked on it). He loaded it with Freon, then left. A few days later, the entire thing froze up and fried all the wires.
I called again, the service manager came out, hardly looked at it and said to call an electrician, which I did. The electrician said it was definitely an internal electrical problem that was likely caused by one of the techs. The sad thing is that I paid thousands of dollars only to have them fry my internal wiring. Now, I have to pay big money to fix the damage they did, and their office staff is completely unsympathetic.
I will never use them again! Giving them my bank card up front is the biggest mistake I ever made, even when they promised not to charge me fir the Freon that leaked out as a result of their work, they still did. Don't trust this place!

We have used this company several times. The technician they send is professional, courteous and does good work. However, the office staff is dishonest, lacks communication and is terribly unprofessional, and often unfriendly. I would not recommend. They have canceled appointments with no notice on more than one accasion, and relayed incorrect information to our warranty company.
When using them on a non-warranty basis, they have also quoted us ridiculous prices (like $1000 to install a dishwasher or $2000 to install a built in fridge) simply because they didn't want to do the job. I don't know what is going on in their office, but it is definitely shady.

My Aunt called your company yesterday to have a tech come out. As you can see. Just for coming out to assess the situation was $86. after the technician found the problem he quoted her a price of $269 and some change plus tax. My Aunt then refused to accept that estimate and the tech left. she proceeds to call me and tell me what happened so not being the big appliance guy I went down to her house and took apart the oven and found the part that I needed.in which I found the part for $30 at a local supply house and it took me all of a half an hour to install so you're telling me your company charges $500 an hour.
Well to whoever owns this company kind sir you are nothing but a con artist and whoever is reading this should definitely stay away from All tech Services if you need any type of Appliance repaired. You people should be ashamed of yourselves!

I called All-tech to service several environmental chambers we use for production. They sent Paul out the next day. Paul showed up on time and ready to go, and within 5 minutes, he had the first chamber up and working. Another local service company had overcharged the chamber with refrigerant and seized the compressor. This other company then told us the compressor was shot, and we needed to install a new compressor !
All-Tech is now servicing the other 3 chambers. So far, so good. Dave Williams, the service Manager at All-Tech Service Co seems like a great guy, and everyone at All-Tech has been GREAT! THANK YOU!

This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. I would NOT recommend them to change a light bulb!!! The technician came, DIDN’T ask what was wrong with my washer, within 15 minutes told me that it needed a new “motherboard”, I asked him why and his response was “because it’s old”. I have had my washer for 4 years and the error (dL) was for the sensor on the lid lock, according to google.
After telling me that it would cost close to $500 and NOT giving me any specifics answers other than “just because”, I declined their service had to pay for his 15 minutes. I then called another service company who came 2 hours later and was able to fix my washer by simply aligning the motor to the tracks on the lid lock. Very nice gentlemen, very knowledgeable and cost me $120. All-Tech is a horrible company looking to steal from hard working people. They are worthless and don’t deserve to be in business!
