We had Don come out to repair our system. The office was able to get us on the schedule the next day. Don was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He did the repairs necessary and helped me set up the new nest thermostat. The setup was time consuming but he was patient and got me through it. I would highly recommend Mundy's. John was first class. He explained everything that he was going to do and everything that he actually did. Had a mold inspection done and mold was found around the condensate line in the attic which had been leaking for awhile. The technician came back out to fix the issue and said he did not have the proper tools with him to make the repair initially but made everything right this time. I appreciate them following up to remedy the situation and also to provide a seasonal check up while he was here. I look forward to having Mundy's take care of all my HVAC needs in the future.

Normally I do not do negative reviews, but I am making an exception here since I really don't want others to experience what we did over MANY months. We had used Mundy's several years ago for our business and were very satisfied with the exceptional work. I was just as satisfied with the quality of their work this time with putting in a whole. new system (over $6500)- but the frustration and aggravation we went through trying to get it installed was SO NOT WORTH ever purchasing anything from them again.

I perfectly understood the months waiting due to the supply chain issue - but when it took SEVERAL more months of ignoring us or postponing many times once the equipment arrived - that.

John the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He left his card and contact # should any issues arise with replacement parts and heating issues. This business is a joke! I called Mundy's on Sept 24th and spoke to John who said he would come on Tuesday the 28th and give a quote. He never showed or responded when I called his personal number he gave me. When I called Mundy's to ask why he never came they said John didn't do quotes only work and that Brian was the only one that did quotes so I don't know why John said he was doing it. Mundy's scheduled brain to come on Monday he came and said he would email me a quote in two days.

One week later I never received a quote and called and was told he would have it by the weekend. One week later I still hadn't heard nothing I sent a email and was never responded to I called for several days and no one ever answered the phone till Thursday October 14 and the women was rude and sounded very annoyed she said I told you we are busy and he has your name and he's working on it.

So than why did they keep leading me on saying it would be two days or by the weekend when they shouldn't of gave a date if they didn't plan on doing it. It has now been over a month and I still haven't heard from them. This is a joke of a business!

I called Mundy's Heat and Air on MLK Day. Had no heat coming thru the vents on both floors. They said John would be out around noon. John showed up around noon and in less than an hour I had heat again. John has been at our house twice to repaired our heating problems. John has done a great job every time he has showed up. I appreciated the text messages and calls letting me know when the tech would arrive. My problem required a follow-up visit after the unit defrosted, and once. again I received texts and calls letting me know exactly when the technician would arrive. The unit was fixed promptly and at a very reasonable cost. I experienced great service and felt like I was a valued customer!

I called when my heat was not working and they were able to send a technician the next day. He was able to quickly identify the problem, replaced the thermostat and everything is working great.

Mundy's replaced our system 8 years ago and they've been quick to respond with service calls when we need them.
