I called and they came out immediately to take a look at my hot water problem. Within 2 days they came to replace it. Excellent service. We have been using them over 25 years and their work is dependable.

They helped us with a big situation. They were on top of their game! Easy to deal with and good communication! I highly recommend them!

Called them to diagnose leak in the bathroom. I mentioned the potential root cause. They checked the place and said nothing wrong and to get the root cause fixed. Well I wanted to ensure there was nothing wrong in the plumbing and that is why I called. But they charged me a whooping $95 for doing nothing for 10 mins and a response to fix the root cause.

The price is outrageous. They would not even budge to reduce the price. The front desk service is even more horrible. She just threatens you to either pay or bear the consequences. Wow! Will never employ them whatsoever. I do not want free service but I do not expect outrageous charges either. I would have gladly paid $25 to $30 but not $95. NEVER AGAIN!

In response to owner's comment: If these "hidden" charges were quoted to me the first time I called, I would have made an informed decision. Please be transparent with your customers. Also I do not like to waste anybody's time. My time is equally precious and so is my hard earned money. If it was justified, I would have happily paid.

Keil replaced my main water line without ripping up my front yard, and was much cheaper than the more destructive option. They were fast, courteous, professional and dealt with all the variables that come with these types of projects very efficiently.

Came to fix a clogged toilet, fixed the clog in the toilet for $175, but broke the shower as they washed their tools in the tub after. We discovered not long after they left that the valve was broken. I called the company, described what happened, and had them return to take a look at the issue, but they stated they would charge us to fix what they broke after inspecting it.

I decided to pay another plumbing company to do the work to fix what they broke and not give another dollar to them. I did not have a problem with the toilet fee, and they were able to get there the same day for the fix, but cannot stand being ripped off by having them break something and try to get me to pay to have it repaired.

I needed 2 hose bibbs (spigots) replaced as well as 2 shut-off valves installed for them and called Keil on the recommendation of a friend. They gave me a very accurate quote for the work and came out the next day to replace them. They worked around my schedule and were prompt on the arrival time. The technician was very professional and discussed some different options regarding the repairs. He then gave me the final cost for the work and did a really great job installing new piping, the shut-off valves and new bibbs. A+ experience overall!

Keil replaced our entire HVAC system (including rooftop compressors) and did it in 1 1/2 days very efficiently and neatly. They were tops and we'll use them again for other needs.

I had a pipe between the kitchen and bathroom walls start to leak. Called these guys and got the project scheduled. I'd like to give a shout out to Kerry, the technician. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Very professional. Even cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend this company and will call on them if I ever need plumbing done.

Keil plumbing to the rescue! I was very leary of who to call because of an extremely overpriced experience by a large and reputable company in the past. Something told me Keil plumbing was the place to call. I had a very friendly and informative conversation with the person on the phone. They were able to come out on the specific day I asked, and fixed a very unusual problem with my toilet in my old house for a fair price. They will get all my plumbing business from now on! Keil Plumbing is fantastic. I have previously called on them to resolve plumbing ans water heaters issues and each time they have provided outstanding service. On my most recent service call, Chris and Quinn arrived right on time and quickly identified the plumbing problem. After clearing the sewer line, they also scoped it to find out what was causing the clog and identified an issue in my sewer line that will need to be addressed to prevent future clogs. They are true professionals and I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I recently called ( Keil Plumbing & Heating ) to send some one to my home to unclog my bathroom bath tub and ( 2 ) TOTALLY PROFESSIONALS arrived at my home at 9:00 AM and they weren't supposed to arrive until 10:00 AM S - - O I was very impressed by that alone b-u-t these ( 2 ) men did NOT stop until my bath tub was unclogged and in good working condition again!

I want to address these ( 2 ) men by names because they deserve to be addressed by their names and they are ( Danny Robertson ) and ( Chris Allard ) and when I asked Danny Robertson what size bath tub stopper to buy for my bath tub he said ( 1 1/4" ) with out even measuring and I want to say he was COMPLETELY CORRECT because that's what I just bought and it fits PERFECTLY!

I want you A-L-L to KNOW that i-f you want experts that really C-A-R-E about the work they do then you need to call ( Keil Plumbing ) and ask for these ( 2 ) men because they are BOTH "ASSET" S to this company and they have just the right balance of MANNERS along with PROFESSIONALISM to really represent this company! and ( SARA ) whom answers their phone is also an " ASSET" because I - F you do NOT have the correct people answering the phone or working for your company you will not last in the business world today and be a success.

Yes my heat has been out for weeks made a call to Keil plumbing and heating my buddy camron Martin came out after hours to take a look he sent a guy out the very next morning and had us back up and going very reliable and fast service thanks

I have been a customer of Keil Plumbing and Heating on and off for a number of years. I own Two houses and have always had good service and no complaints. I have recommended you to neighbors and friends. Recently i called Keil and asked for someone to come install a new toilet for me. Your office sent Matt and Steve, They have been out to my house a couple times before for other plumbing issues and are always very courteous and helpful.

Today when they showed up i cut right to the chase informing them of all the issues they will just recommend me to get a new toilet. After removing the toilet they came across a toilet brush shoved so far down it was unseen and broken off. They advised me if they removed the brush, it would save me time and save me money. I was blown away! I was so amazed and grateful for their honesty. They are hard working and pleasant but they go the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of correctly.

I was in an absolute pickle stuck with no heat and multiple issues, after doing some research and asking around it was clear I needed to call Keil! They were able to show up and get me going again in a timely manner. The technicians were courteous and knowledgable, no funny business. Called to get someone to come out to my house to take a look at my leaking sink. They said they would be there the next day and would call 30 minutes before they get there. I've never heard from them again. Very unprofessional.

Excellent, friendly service. They were available when I called, came right away to identify the issue, then came back the next morning. I had my water leaked fixed in less than 24 hours. Affordable. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

They came right away, did an excellent job replacing my water heater, were very nice, and told me upfront the prices.

I have used Keil several times for plumbing issues and installing a hot water heater when I moved into this home. All good service every time. This recent experience was also great. I had a plumbing clog problem and called them late sunday night Jan, 28th, left a message and received a call from the dispatcher Monday morning at 8:03 am. We set up an appointment later that day so I could leave work and meet them at the house.

The dispatcher was awesome.kept me posted and let me know when the guys would be there. The problem was solved, the guys were on time and all was good. All of the employees are very professional and very courteous. I will recommend this company to my friends. Thanks

I had a known hot water heater issue. I called late one day and had someone to scheduled for the next business day to replace it. The technicians and office staff were timely, efficient and all-around polite and courteous. I will use them again would recommend their services to others! Great team!!

I can not thank the team at Keil Plumbing & Heating enough! Our main water pipe busted in the basement and flooded everything. We called them and they were able to come out that day to fix the pipe. They were also able to come back out the following week and remodel/fix the bathroom after the "great flood." So professional and great price! Thank you so much for everything you have done!
