We needed a whole new AC system quickly in the apartment we have tenants in. Of course this happened during the recent heat wave so time was of the essence. I called at like 10/11pm on Tuesday night and Yola patiently walked me through a troubleshoot that I could do myself (no charge). She told me to call back the next day if it didn't work. Well, unfortunately for me it did not, but they were able to send someone out that day despite the busy schedule of the heat wave. I'm less than 48 hours of having the issue start, we had a brand new system that works better than our own! Great job guys. Thank you!

Had Global inspect 3 water-sourced heat pump units in a condo I'm considering buying. The woman in the office was very helpful in fitting me in the schedule and was very knowledgeable re HVAC. Camil (sp?)and another tech arrived on time and determined two of the three units need to be replaced. I thought the charge to inspect each unit was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

The best. These guys spent literally all day making sure our HVAC system was properly installed and working. We live in a unique Chicago property that requires installation on the roof, and these guys went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. We had a different company work on our heating system that was sent by our home warranty company, and I wish we had contacted Global Heating and Cooling right away! After a week of problems with our heat, Kamil had us up and running again in 2 hours with no additional parts needed, so the cost was also minimal. We had Kamil come to my Mother in Laws building to assess a leaky boiler system. Kamil evaluated the system and found other issues that needed to be addressed. Pump and leaky valves were replaced in addition to a clogged drain valve. Kamil made sure the system was working before he left and also went through the repairs and replacement parts that were installed. Global Heating and Cooling is aTop Notch company that I will use moving forward.

They are prompt 24/7 reliable service. We have a warranty program with American home shield. And I chose to pay for the service to come out above and beyond as they are not associated with American home shield warranty services. They were reliable knowledgeable pleasant and prompt. They also informed you of the services the tech was doing on premises. Love the service definitely recommend and I've already called back to get on a list for heating maintenance.

These guys were great! Paul was a huge help! We called around to a bunch of different places to get our A/C fixed and these guys came by far the fastest and did excellent work in a very short period of time. The entire install of a brand new A/C took only 3 - 4 hours. I'd highly recommend Global Heating and Cooling and if you get the chance to work with Paul and his team, they're great!

We used Global Heating and Cooling for an emergency central AC repair this May. The receptionist was very polite and helpful (let me know all fees up front), and was able to schedule us on the same day! Paul (the technician) was friendly, helpful, very communicative and prescriptive, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem on the same day. He was fantastic. The billing was reasonable and through an easy to use online platform. A great experience!

Paul and his team were very patient and professional working on our buzzing A/C issue that suddenly occurred. They were able to come by the same-day that I called to set up an appointment and were easy to work with as we talked through the issue we were having. Taking the time to really check things out and finding the issue with the compressor on our rooftop unit.

He tested our systems, offered solutions with the parts he had on hand, and was upfront with advice about anything that would be a concern in maintaining our A/C in the future.

Paul and his colleague did an amazing job at our center (Dreamers Academy). They were patient as we had some issues getting up on the roof, but he quickly diagnosed and then fixed the issue, and now we have AC again! They were able to get us on their schedule very quickly, which was not the case for another company. I was referred to Global by a friend who had a good experience with them, they are definitely good especially Mike who came to fix our AC unit. He explained to me what he was doing while diagnosing the issue which was extremely helpful. He found the problem through his diagnostic progression and was able to resolve the issue. Very grateful for Kamil at Global Heating and Cooling came out next day Feb. 16, 2021 to replacing my broken heating boiler for my 4-apt. building. I was very concern that my tenants and my family might go another night of extreme dangerous cold temperature of below zero without heat. First and foremost fast service. Showed up with masks and were very professional. They diagnosed and repaired my issues with our floor heating. Not pushy and things are working great. Will be using them in the future for my HVAC needs.

Mike and his crew are as good as it gets. They are really professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. Mike was great at helping us figure out what we needed to get dual zone AC installed, and then his crew was efficient and cleanly in getting it all done. Everyone wore masks and was super safe.

Owning a business in Wicker Park for over 12 years I have tried many other HVAC repair and maintenance. I rate Global Heating as the best to work with. They always respond and come when they say they will. They are always straight forward with the issues and give you options. I have never felt over charged. I am so glad I have found these people. They are professional, reliable and offer great service. I was taken for a ride by someone who used to take care of my furnaces, not anymore. I cut my loses, and called these guys. In the end I did need a new furnace and they did install it properly on a very short notice. What's also impressive is they use technology to automate communication and appointments, you get texts when they are on the way, get emails with invoices and a way to pay on-line.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Mark is amazing and very honest & nice. He fixed a problem with my tankless water heater that 6 other places couldn't fix. My air conditioner went out on me on a Thursday evening. I requested help on yelp. Global heating responded first and gave me an idea of what the problem would be. Came out the next day, less than 24 hr, showed me the problem. Fixed it within 15 minutes, charge a reasonable price and was on their way. If only all my issues can be fix this fast. Awesome customer service and friendly.

Our a/c went out on hot August day, and Global made it to my place on the same day to diagnose the issue. We ended up needing a new condenser which they installed first thing the next morning. At all times Mike and Patrick and their team were communicative, punctual and polite. It was a messy job and these professionals cleaned up every bit work debris in the house, thank you so much for this! Global is my new go to for all HVAC work.

Very happy so far, they replaced my a/c and furnace today. The space was very inconvenient and I could see it was a struggle to work in there but they kept at it, made all the custom bits they needed on the spot and got it done by working late. Nobody likes it when our appliances break. Specially your AC on one of the hottest days and a Saturday as well. Mike and his crew came out to assess the situation and talked my husband and I through the diagnoses. We ended up having to replace our whole unit. The only difficult part was they couldn't come back till Tuesday, but that was not their fault.

This company is amazing! They came out same day I called and assessed the problem other companies couldn't diagnose. They had the part in stock and sent a repair team out same day to fix the evaporator coil. A big shout out to the Global Heating and Cooling team. A job well done

We had our AC go out on the first really warm day this year and GH&C were able to get out to us within 4 hours! Mike is a very personable and knowledgeable guy, he explained what needed to be done, gave us a couple options and answered all of our questions (even when he was clearly busy and trying to provide the same attention to his other clients who were having issues in the new summer heat).

He had two techs out the next day to do the installation (one of the guys, Pauly, was fantastic and made sure we were aware of everything he was doing) and came back after they were done to make sure everything was working correctly and again explain everything to us. He also gave us a few pointers on how to care for the new system and our other HVAC systems, which is invaluable information.

Our new AC was up and running by 10:30am (less than 24 hours after our initial contact). I'm thrilled with the customer service and care we received and will recommend Global to everyone I know, including others in my building. I've used Four Seasons in the past and the difference in everything from the first personal interaction on the phone to the speed of service to the work itself is astounding. Global is miles ahead of them.

Excellent service & very professional. My furnace failed just after the Polar Vortex 2019 and Mike came out the same day of my call and was able to repair the furnace after checking ALL possible problem areas. Very pleased with the job that was done !

I spoke to the owner Kamal and explained that my condensation pump on my AC Unit went out. He scheduled me an appointment for the very next day during the hot Memorial Day weekend. Paul came and was very prompt and professional. He installed a new pump and advised me that my old unit would probably need replacing in the near future. He did that without the dreaded sales pitch. The price quoted for the work done was reasonable and fair. I would use them again.

Our furnace broke at 6am on a winter-y morning , and Paul came by 9am. They didn't just say "replace the furnace!!" They were trouble shooting the whole time. The outcome was to change the furnace, and when they did they were respectful and used booties inside my house, and cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased with the service.
