They saved the day! Our sump pump went out on a Friday evening and our basement started flooding. AAARK was the ONLY company that could come out the same night. They connected me with Nick, who confirmed our problem via phone. Within an hour he showed up with a new pump. After looking everything over, he gave us an estimate, and got to work. Nick was awesome. He answered all questions, got the new pump installed, and even finished slightly under the quote price. Big thanks to AAARK and Nick for saving our basement, and weekend!

I hired Aaark for a small bathroom remodel. They took care of the plumbing rough-in and finish for a new vanity. After getting multiple quotes and asking neighbors for recommendations, I went with Aaark and I am so happy I did. Their work was excellent, we had great communication with the office staff, and no surprises on the price. When the job was done, the amount due was just as quoted. AAARK saved the day! Our furnace stopped working on New Year's Eve. We went 5 nights without heat during the holiday period when temperatures dropped to single digits. The original installation company did not respond satisfactorily, so on 1/4/2022, after a work associate suggested calling AAARK, I had a phone conversation with Michael about the situation. Michael at AAARK was both helpful and responsive, and immediately arranged for Chad to go to our house to assess the problem. Chad was very knowledgeable and considerate during his visit.

The respective bids from AAARK to either repair or replace a 12 year old unit were considerably lower than the estimates received the same day from another larger company. Given the timing, availability of parts, age of the existing unit, cost of repairs on key components of the furnace, we chose to replace the unit. Michael scheduled the replacement for the next day.

On 1/5, Michael and Chad were prompt, courteous, professional, informative. They removed the older unit, modified and improved existing areas of installation, retaining the humidifier and air filtration systems, (and were later joined by Travis). By mid-afternoon we had comfortable whole house heat again. Their work exceeded our expectations -- providing excellent service with a very good value and quality.

Upon request, they even safely turned on a gas fireplace that had not been used for years. My wife and I highly recommend AAARK Heating, Air & Plumbing. AAARK may save your day too!

AAARK has taken good care of our boiler, evaporative cooler and general plumbing needs for years. Michael recently solved a water heater problem that had stumped every other plumber. This company is great - I have had them perform extensive furnace work, and extensive plumbing work - Top notch every single time - I have no complaints of any kind - They are extremely courteous, knowledgeable, timely, clean and speedy - The way contractors/service people used to be! That applies to the office staff, too. I am now planning on using them for all of my plumbing/HVAC/construction needs (and there are going to be a lot of them).

It occurred to me that my water heater was old, but I couldn't find the paperwork to get the exact age. I wanted to replace it before it went out and possibly flooded the area. Come to find out, it was installed in 2002! I contacted AAARK and got scheduled to have someone come out to take a look. Chad came out on 1/13/21to give me a quote. My new water heater was installed on 1/14/21and Chad called when he was on the way.

He drained the one I had and lugged it out and he brought in the new one. He did it all single-handedly and he never took a break. He was on time. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and he had all the equipment and tools needed to do the job. When he was finished, he showed me how to light the pilot light, should the need arise and he cleaned up after himself.

This is my second experience with AAARK. They did my furnace and air conditioning a few years ago. My experience has been very positive as I am confident that the technicians they send out know what they're talking about and will be able to do the job. I think they are trust worthy and that's a huge thing for me. Thanks AAARK!!!

The team at AAARK are excellent! My home is a prefab from the 50's and NOTHING is an easy project. My parents have had a variety of jobs done by AAARK and they (and I) have always been impressed by the quality of work, speed of service, and courtesy of the team. There was no question of who I would have perform the jobs. Jimmy and Stuart upgraded my electrical service and combined two boxes into one. Unfortunately, my home has a very tight crawl space and attic, but they got the job done.

They were able to really clean up the look, give me back some space on the wall, and set me up safely for some future home wiring projects. Once the electrical was done, Travis and Chad were able to haul away my ancient furnace (they said they've only seen that model in the Lenox museum) and install a new, quieter, more efficient unit and thermostat.

While those items were being tackled, Nick and Michael installed a tricky shower door and made sure the majority of the plumbing of my long-term bathroom project were all in order. The team will be out next week to install an evaporative cooler (6 years without any cooling system!) and I cannot wait to have that done and update this review. Update 03/31: The team returned today and the evap cooler is installed and looks incredible.

Very excited to have relief this year from the heat. It was placed out of sight from the front of the house and the registers are placed seamlessly to provide perfect airflow.

My furnace went out just after New Years. Aaark was the the only company who had a tech available at 5:00 pm. Matt J came out and diagnosed a bad control board on our 23 year old furnace. He gave us several options before we decided to go with a high efficiency Amana furnace. After seeing Aaarks attention to detail and how respectful and knowledgeable the techs and install team were with a price that beat our other bid, my wife and I will not use another company for any other service.

This is the second time we have had Aaark come out for a service (first for A/C, this time for furnace repair.) Their technician Chad got here early, was super efficient in diagnosing the issue, got our furnace back up and running quickly, and was super friendly to boot! I also appreciate that he practiced safe covid protocol and wore his mask at all times while inside. Would definitely recommend Aaark as they have been great both times we have needed them, and I feel their pricing is also very fair!

Denver Water is assisted by Aaark as Denver Water replaces the main water supply line to each house in Congress Park. Nick Mancuso from Aaark came to make the final connections inside my house along-with a new on/off valve. Nick was quite thorough and helpful to me I really appreciate that.

I called the owner let them know truck 10 was parked in a handicap parking spot was told they get ahold of the driver and that was almost 45 min ago and right the truck still parked there why would anyone use. this service if they dont even have the respect to understand these parking spots are there for a reason come on people really.

This place is horrible, it's very clear that everyone there does not care about you or your problem. I would give them no stars if that was an option. I suggest you don't even waste your time.

I called the owner who listened to my water heater problems and we decided a new heater was needed. He was able to send a plumber on Saturday to install it but when his plumber got here, he noticed another part which he suspected may be the culprit. He could've kept this from me and proceeded to install the new heater for 7x the cost of replacing these parts but had this guy had the integrity to shoot straight instead. When done there was a small leak which he had to make a trip to get special parts for, yet didn't charge more for this extra hour of work on a Saturday. Very happy!

Horrible company. Rude receptionist. Doesn't stand behind their work or warranty. Would not recommend. Titus, I've used you on a couple of different projects and pretty large dollar amounts. I never expect something for nothing, and always pay my fair share. However, when something comes with a one year warranty for parts and labor for work that was done in January of 2018 I expect them to stand behind their written word. I guess some business owners are just slime balls. Good luck. Bridge burned. Here is a picture proving I'm not out of "warranty" whatever that means in your world.

Aaark Total Home Services was called for no heat. The 15 year old furnace would have needed $1200 in repairs with no guarantees as to what may break next or when. The furnace was replaced, the 15 year old water heater was replaced preemptively and a new humidifier was put on the unit. A big project that Aaark Total Home Services managed expertly. They had five trucks to the house to get everything done in a day.

They took excellent care of the house with runners and clean shoes/boots, and care to not hit anything when hauling old and new equipment. I would highly recommend Aaark for all your home care needs. They do it all and they do excellent work. Joe Nieusma

Well, I called a competitor & the soonest they could get someone out was tomorrow.

We had a small leak in our bathroom. Come to find out the previous home owner has drilled the mirror into the pipe into the wall! We were referred to AAARK to complete the job. Called them and has someone out in 24 hours to help find the leak. Replaced the pipe same day. Great! Then it took 3 weeks to get drywall crews out to fix the hole (maybe 1'x2') in size.

Then was told because of the wait they'd get someone out to paint for us free of charge. Guy was scheduled to be there at 7am.showed up at 9:30am and somehow was given our garage code to get into our house.we were then not home. Guy was upset because it was a different color of paint (we told by the original guy no issues they were doing this as a courtesy).He stated it would cost $65/hr to then paint for us and would take minimum 5 hours but maybe all day (our bathroom is a 1/2 bath that is 6'x6').

My husband then proceeded to ask the painter to leave. He then found an email address to complain about this. The owner then proceeded to call and YELL at my husband and stated that WE were in the wrong and had no idea what we were talking about. We said we were done with their service and we were given our bill which ended up being more than we were quoted.even now without it being painted! Worst customer service ever!

I was very pleased by the work done by Aaark. I had them run a water line to my new fridge, install the water lines and shut off valves to my new sink, and install and hook up water lines and electricity to my new disposal and dishwasher. The work was done in a professional and timely manner. The technician was friendly and courteous and the price was very reasonable. Thanks Aaark!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Called these guys to address a blocked main and was very pleased. Nate was super courteous and got right down to business. He was respectful to me, my son and my house. My house is old and quirky and he asked permission when he had to remove a piece of wood to access the drain in the wall. Importantly, AAARK communicated well about when they would show up and called 15 minutes in advance instead of the common "wait around all day" scenario. Their pricing was reasonable too so all in all we were very pleased. Thank you! David

If you want a company who has NO integrity, deplorable customer service and does not stand behind their work. Then boy do I have a company for you. We contracted with Aaark total home services and had them install a cooling unit in our new home. A short time after our neighborhood was struck by a large amount of rain and a section of ceiling below the cooling unit showed signs of a major leak.

Although Aaark total home services denied responsibly, two separate inspectors linked the damage directly back to their company and the installation of the cooling unit. In regard to an explanation, Aaark total home services attempted to blame the damage on the parties who replaced the roofing approximately five years earlier. And added insult to injury by relating that the "flashing" that was in place prior to their installation was not the right size for the unit they installed.

It should be noted that they had no answer as to why they would install a new unit on hardware that was not the right fit as opposed to billing a few hundred dollars more for the right fit. So as I started with. If you want a company who has NO integrity, deplorable customer service and does not stand behind their work. Then boy do I have a company for you.

I was driving eastbound on hwy 76 yesterday and saw one of Aaarks trucks engaged in some dangerous driving that most would probably consider a road rage incident. The Aaark truck was in the left lane traveling at or under the speed limit, but whenever someone would try to pass him he would accelerate noticibly to ensure nobody could pass him, and then slow way down again when the cars would get behind him again.

This is very dangerous and I'm not sure why someone would drive this way, especially in a commercial vehicle with the company name on the side. Unfortunately the truck was too dirty for me to call the company or the State Patrol, but after seeing this incident I will not give my business to Aaark and hope others will follow suit. I would hope a company who employs technicians who travel on our roads in company vehicles would have higher standards for their employees driving habits.

BTW, he was outside knocking snow and ice off of the air vent which made our 5 year old Trane furnace stop working. (it was -11 degrees outside!) He told us it was a very safe furnace and had nothing but good things to say about it.
