Gene's service call was very professional. He tuned up two furnace's and replace the inducer motor on one of them. He even provided me with some feedback on my waterless hot water tank which could have caused major pipe damage to the floor drain when it was installed by the previous owner of my home. Reached out to my home warranty service as our AC was not cooling the townhome well. They referred over Gene and he came over today after touching base this morning. He was able to review the concerns I had and cleaned the AC coil and replaced our dirty air filter. AC has been working like a charm since. Found this company on Yelp. Called on Friday afternoon because of furnace issue. Gene came within an hour. He quickly found the issue. He did not have exact part to install but he was able to find a temporary part to get the furnace working. He got exact part on Saturday and we agreed for installation of it on Sunday. Throughout the process Gene was professional, showed and explained what was broken. Happy with his responsiveness, communication and quality of work. Pricing is reasonable. Will keep his contact for future needs.
