After some initial miscommunication around the scheduling of our appointment we have a brand new AC unit installed and I'm pleased with the work. The crew stayed until 10:30pm to finish the job and made sure we were pleased with the unit before they left. I appreciate the hard work and customer service. We needed a narrow air conditioner and they delivered a unit that was better than what any of their competitors offered. It's nice to work with a smaller company that cares and goes the extra mile.

Excellent service. Water noticed in basement by A/C unit 2 days before anticipated heat wave in our region. Made appointment for asap and they called back that they were able to come that evening! Knowledgeable service technician, assessed and explained everything, diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. He was kind and easy to communicate with and we highly recommend this company.

I shopped around for new A/C unit and got quotes from other local HVAC companies, which is nearly 30% more than what Washougal guys charged me. Washougal Heating & Cooling replaced our old A/C unit with high-end Carrier unit and a faulty board of furnace, all within reasonable price. Good customer service, prompt response and quality work. You will not be disappointed with this company.

In the past I have used one of their local competitors. I called Washougal Heating and Cooling this year and Alex came out to do the yearly maintenance on my ductless heat pump. I now realize I was being swindled by the other guys. Alex did such a fantastic job. My outside unit looks brand new and so does the inside unit. He was on time, polite and super efficient. I will never use anyone else. Washougal Heating and Cooling is the best and their rates are super reasonable for what a fantastic job they do.

Our heat was out when we got home from a vacation. Ugh! We were lucky to get a same day appt as they had a cancellation. The employee that came out was nice, explained what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. We had him perform maintenance on furnace and heat pump while he was there. I felt for what he did, the price was reasonable. Thank you for getting us heat the same day!

My heater stopped working the other night so I called early the next morning! They were able to come within less than an hour of me calling and got my heater back to running. Although it was an easy fix to get it to start again, I really appreciated how quick they were able to come check out my furnace! I will be using them again!

My dehumidifier stopped working well, I suspected it was low on refrigerant so I made an appointment. They were able to send someone out within a few days and the repair person showed up within the window of time as promised. They were courteous and after diagnosing the unit confirmed the issue was low refrigerant. He recharged the unit and was done within a short period of time.
The final bill was higher than I expected, but that was due to the cost of the refrigerant used. My unit used R22 which is being phased out and is expensive. The labor cost was very reasonable. I would definitely call them again next time I need HVAC work.

Our HVAC system was making a strange noise. I called a few companies and no one come come out for a few days. I called Washougal Heating & Cooling and they made an appointment for that day. They send me an email confirming the appointment and time, and a text. Sam, the technician called me when he was about 10 minutes out to let me know. He was able to diagnose the issue within minutes.
I then asked if they could do a maintenance visit on our HVAC as it was older and we were worried about it. Sam pent over an hour going over the whole system. He was polite and friendly. I ended up purchasing a yearly maintenance agreement at a very reasonable price. I am very please with Washougal Heating and Cooling and will recommend them to our friends.

I had them install a Rheem furnace in 2016 and an AC unit this year, 2018. Their prices are very competitive and they have the best technicians who show up on time and do a fantastic job. They also work with Electric Inc. and the electricians installed the electric line, box, etc. It was an involved job to run the line through the attic. I was SO impressed with them that I am hiring them to put in a new 200 amp panel on another property soon. Andrea in the office was highly personable and professional with the scheduling and with answering questions. Do not hesitate to use Washougal Heating and Cooling.

They showed up on time every day and inspected the units in under 30 minutes. They didn't use any scare tactics to push me into a decision. I received a quote that ended up being close to other companies, but this job was done in half the time others quoted, and they didn't have any questions after the initial inspection.
