Wow! We can't say enough good things! We had our smoke alarms go off in the middle of the night, not sure if it was carbon monoxide/smoke! It was scary. As soon as I called Budget HVC- Chris, John and Derek were here in a few hours! We've needed a new furnace (for a few years now)! They took our old one and installed a brand new one in under 4 hours!

They also gave us a brand new carbon monoxide alarm to calm my nerves! Now our Family can go to sleep knowing that we're all safe and that makes me happy! We are so thankful! John and Derek were so nice, quick, efficient workers and very knowledgeable! We will definitely be calling them again with any needs we have with our HVAC system! The furnace is very nice looking too!

Suddenly had no hot water. Called budget HVAC and they were able to get someone out to me immediately. It turned out that it was just the pilot light. They got it lit, showed me how to light it myself if needed, and cleaned out dust and debris. They did not try to upsell me a new water heater, or any unnecessary new equipment, like most companies do. Very professional and friendly, would definitely recommend!

My upstairs furnace died last night during freezing temperatures. I called Budget HVAC and was able to schedule someone to come out first thing this morning. I was given a 2 hour window 8-10am, John and Derrick showed up at 8 am. They were fast and efficient, they prepped the area, picked up a new furnace, and had it installed in record time. They cleaned up the area, better than it was before they came and then replaced my filters. John and Derrick were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them and I will use their services in the future.

Called Chris at 5 am and he had his crew at my door in no time to fix my furnace. My heat went out when it was 10 degrees out and this company was the only company who would come out late at night to repair my furnace, and showed up to my house 30 minutes after speaking to them. They were extremely professional and although all the fixes couldn't be done that night, they made sure to heat the house up enough to keep me and my children warm. They returned first thing the next morning to replace everything that needed to be. Extremely grateful and thankful to John and his coworker!

We called Chris and his team on Saturday morning because our furnace wouldn't work any more, they came Saturday afternoon, assessed the damage and schedule us in for a next day appointment to install a new furnace and do some other work on our AC unit and water heater. They were professional and on-time and the price was unbeatable. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

to the high elevation of the COLORADO ROCKIES! These guys rocked my A/C like there was no tomorrow. Fred and John came like the Blizzard Bomb Cyclone of March 2019 and got that summer air the heck out! Chris and his team were awesome! They were super professional and made sure the job was done right. Appreciated their attention to detail and replacing some old parts to make sure the new A/C would work at full capacity. Definitely will call these guys again when I need any work done. Go with Budget, if you want the job done right with no B.S.

Chris and his team are awesome. I would definitely hire Chris and Budget Heating and Cooling in the future. We moved into our new house and the HVAC system was 35 years old. Yeah, 35. I got Chris's contact info from a friend who had hired Chris and had nothing but great things to say. Chris gave me a competitive quote and said he could install everything later that week.

He and his team showed up on time and began the work. They were in and out within 3 hours, and that's with tearing out the old units, installing the new units, running new lines, installing a smart thermostat, and cleaning up. They even modified the duct a bit so that the air would travel more efficiently out of the furnace. Boom. Can't say enough good things about Chris and the team.

I'd recommend staying far away from this business. Apparently, this guy does business until he receives enough bad press and then moves onto another area/state. All the previous reviews are from GA and at the time of my purchase he was now doing business in Texas. Beware! Back in 2015 I contacted Brad for an estimate and his ending up being the lowest (yup.you get what you pay for).

He came and installed a new central AC to replace my old one that had a leak. My air handler is in the attic and has a wooden box encasing it. After the install, which was in February, I noticed in the hot Texas summer afternoon the air would not be very cool and it would have a "stale" feeling. But, he sent someone out who said it worked fine blah blah blah.

Well a few years of putting up with that I called a reputable HVAC company and found out the air handler box was not sealed nor insulated from the attic air, which would be super heated I'm the summer afternoon. Also, the airhandler developed a leak after 5 years. But, I didn't receive the 10 year warranty promised by Brad, because apparently he forgot to send it in to Goodman.

Chris and his business partner offer excellent service! They are really friendly and very affordable! I would highly recommend them!! I called multiple people and these guys are the best.

Loved the customer service Chris was on time fixed my filter for free this made my day. Chris was very pleasant and approachable he gave me a few pointers on how to take care of my heater. overall I will say best experience ever I will continue to use this company extremely impressed.

Got to my house super fast in a total blizzard and fixed my furnace and provided alot of relief for my family. We came home to no heat and Budget HVAC completely saved the day!

Called them on a Saturday morning for my mom in hopes that they could come out same day and it was a below freezing day with no heat! The technician answered the phone and assured me that they would have someone out within a few hours! He sent his son out who was very courteous and excellent! These guys will definitely be my new Heating and Cooling Company!

They came a few minutes early to get set up. All of the guys were courteous and very respectful of our home. They got everything installed on time and for the price we were quoted. We are thrilled with our new system. It really does work so much better than our (very) old system. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality system installed.

Please stay far away from this company. Brad Hoffman had his 'crew' install a new unit in Summer 2015. AC cooled for about ONE week, then nothing. We have called so many times that our dialing fingers are broken. No response. Then, out of the blue, during a Saturday in the middle of winter someone shows up at our house to look at the unit. Seriously?!

This individual said he couldn't do anything for us and wasn't even sure why Brad sent him to our home. Now, we are ten months out from the install. Finally received a returned call and told by Brad that someone would be at our house on Friday. Guess what? NO SHOW! No call. Nothing! This has just been extremely frustrating and we have had to pay another HVAC company to make repairs and complete the job we already paid Budget HVAC of Atlanta to complete. Buyer BEWARE!

I regret buying my furnace and air conditioner from Brad H. at Budget HVAC in Atlanta, GA (404-493-1700). I'd give zero stars if I could. I think he's a one man business with only access to contractors, really bad ones. They didn't finish the installation. He didn't stand behind his warranty. He never returned a call after he had my money (for over six weeks).

Very frustrating. The phone number on the website is his cell, not a company phone number, and he must be in hiding because he puts no physical address on his quotes, bills, website, or anywhere. Sketchy. Updated 12/11/2015: I never heard from Brad and paid Moncrief $157 to finish the installation of the furnace.

Chris went above and beyond to help me trouble shoot a faulty thermostat late into a Sunday evening several weeks back. He took the time walk me through several wiring options over the phone to get me back up and running. I will definitely be using him for future work!

I recently bought a new condo. I moved in yesterday. It was so hot inside of my condo. I've tried to figure how to get it going. No luck. So I called a few places and wasn't happy with their quotes so finally I found Budget Heating and Cooling and spoke with Chris who is the owner. He was very nice and very professional. He was willing to squeeze me in his schedule.

So today Chris and Dave came out here at my new condo. They fixed it and explained what happened. Yay finally my AC WORKS!! I definitely will call Chris if I ever need his help. I give them an A+. A/C wasn't cooling so I called several HVAC companies, the soonest of which was 5 days out. Chris was equally busy but squeezed me in at 8am the next morning. He was prompt, professional, and corrected the problem within 30mins. As a Realtor, I have frequent need for a reputable and reliable HVAC technician for my clients and Chris is now at the top of that list!

I have used Budget Heating and Cooling several times. Chris has performed several fixes on an older furnace and got my home heating back up quickly when it was freezing outside. Thanks Chris! They were more reasonably priced than the other companies I spoke with and they really know how to fix your HVAC system no matter what type you have. I will use them again for anything I do related to my heater or central air conditioner.

Chris and his crew did an amazing job replacing my furnace. Chris is prompt, honest and efficient. I called on Wednesday afternoon and got my new furnace installed Friday morning for a third of the price that Applewood quoted me. From now on I will only use Chris for my heating and cooling needs!

Called 9 AM Saturday. Showed up around 1. Problem fixed within 20 minutes and the heat was back on. He diagnosed the issue literally within seconds. Bad flame sensor. He even fixed the one that was in there instead of making me purchase a new one. Nice person and fair rates. A+

Kris was awesome! He didn’t “find new problems” he took care of what needed to be done and charged very reasonably. He even went above and beyond by helping me out with another matter while he was there. And to top it all off I was in a severe time crunch and he made my appointment happen, with no stress! I will definitely be using them again!

I had five different companies come to give me an estimate. Budget Heating and Cooling gave me an estimate that was over $3,000 less then my best estimate. Chris responded to my call within minutes and was able to give me an accurate estimate over the phone by the pictures I sent him. He did the work for the exact amount of the estimate. The crew came out on a Sunday as I did not have heat and did an excellent job.
