Large car park however been here several times and there never ever seems to be any parking. Long queues at door once you have parked bit otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Appalling signage to show directions, usually facing the wrong way. Not pedestrian friendly as way off the walking and bus route. Parking spaces usually taken up by staff. Staff hit and miss to how friendly they are. Only use as a last resort.

Pretty good service at this depot on every visit. Just wish it was a little quicker.

Just watched some lady get shouted at for asking about her funeral dress because they've lost it. She stated it was for a funeral and that she needed to know. She wasn't being rude or nasty, she was asking how long it would take for them to contact her and the response was irate and rude towards her. It is royal mails fault for losing her item but yet the customer service is disgusting. I felt mortified for the woman.

Critical: Professionalism Rude staff, spoken to in an aggressive man currently dressed as Santa, lacks the personality of Santa but definitely has the physique (and more). Focus on your manners and health before you belittle others.

Terrible customer service. Felt like an inconvienience to the staff member who was sat on his phone. I keep missing my parcels and they are returned to this location which is very difficult to get to for non drivers and isn't even my local post office.

Angelo and his team are absolutely, hands down the best you could ask for! Our AC went out in the middle of July (of course) and our home warranty chose not to cover it (of course). This put a huge strain on us as we were not planning to pay in full for a full HVAC replacement, but in the middle of OK summer heat it needed to be done. We sought advice, got quotes from various HVAC professionals and were very stressed as many companies were quoting us ~10K and up.

Enter Americare Heat and Air. I found them via Yelp and called based on their (well deserved!) overwhelmingly positive reviews. Angelo immediately answered. After asking a few questions, he was able to instantly identify the issue, provide me with a quote that gave us a HUGE sigh of relief (seriously, you can't beat their prices!), and schedule a day for his team to come out.

When they came, they were courteous, friendly and professional. Angelo helped me register the new equipment with the manufacturer's warranty, and he and Frank were very informative and gave us several pointers on how to maintain our new equipment to prevent future issues. These guys went above and beyond to help us in every way possible and their genuine care for their customers was very apparent. If you're looking for EXCELLENT service from caring individuals that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, give these guys a call!

Easy to get to but. although newly occupied/built there is, inexcusably, TOTALLY inadequate customer parking spaces. A joke really. Inside wall poster space is a bit of a mess. Moreover, presently closed at 11am for no reason - and how can the usual 'covid 19' be a justifiable reason on 9 July!? Just look at their effort on the opening times plaque and lack of info on the non-delivery card. Just plain lazy and sloppy, and lack of customer focus in management.

Absolutely the best service, and actually handled my air unit issues within a 2 1/2 hour window. Explained everything as it was being done, and even told us how to get the most life from our unit. I highly recommend Americare Heat and Air!

I had an outside condenser replaced by another company but knew something was not right. After checking reviews I picked Americare to check out my unit. Best decision I've made in a long time. Angelo returned by phone call very quickly and set up a service call the next morning. Came out and really checked out the HVAC inside and out and told me what was wrong and what the repairs would be. Prices were very reasonable and and he had everything working perfectly. I highly recommend these people.

Called, they got me in quickly, got the parts I needed at a fair price. I’m picky, all the work was clean and tidy on the install, all worked was very nice. Work was above expectation service was awesome. Product came with good warranty. They explained to me several options not just the one that he made the most money on and the performance differences so I could make a educated decision on what I wanted. Need a reliable and honest HVAC company? Look no further than Americare. I had an old system that served me well for over ten years. It was on the way out over three years ago and another Norman company tried to convince me to but a new one, warning the fix was temporary. Then I stumbled across Angelo’s company because I didn’t trust the other one.

For two years he kept my unit running with minor repairs stating the unit was fine but old. Eventually, the unit was on its last legs and he tried to save it again, but it was clearly dying. He worked with us on selection and good credit terms. Long story short, you won’t find a nicer and more accommodating company. I know for a fact he did a few extra things that others would have charged. This is a true review with nothing in exchange. Need HVAC work? Americare, that simple. Angelo will take care of you.

We were also able to get a smart thermostat with the new system, but more importantly we got the new system! Everything works great and the guys that installed it were very nice and explained everything well. Our attic access "door" was too small for the HVAC but they were confident they could cut the hole bigger and give us a new "door" and put trim around it. So now it looks like nothing ever happened! Very satisfied with this company and will be using them again in the future!

Our AC went out while we were out of town. When we came home late Saturday night, our house was 84 degrees. We called Americare Sunday morning, and a technician came out immediately and remedied it until they were able to obtain the necessary equipment. On the following Monday, a technician arrived and installed the necessary equipment. He was friendly and helpful. Excellent and affordable service!

We have several rental homes and have been with another company. I met him and he did a couple jobs for me and we are really pleased with the work done.

The rating is for the location and the people responsible for printing the wrong info on the card. The accurate postcode is PO3 5QA. It's not 100 accurate but it will get you where you need to be. The postcode takes you at Northgate vehicle hire which is located at a roundabout. Take the 3rd exit and you will see the Post Office building. The staff did their best.

The car park is really small, I had to park outside the yard. The office is really small if the queue is bigger than 6-7 people then the unlucky ones must wait outside. There is no public transport therefore impossible to get there unless you have a vehicle or somebody to drive you there. The pictures are not great but I hope will help you to get there.

Americare Heat & Air came out on within 30 mins in Norman on a hot Saturday and took great care of and my family and l. No after hours service fee is legit just as advertised. My AC is running like a champ again thanks Ken from Americare. Highly recommend!

Ken was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to walk us through how our current unit is performing and where any issues may lie that could be affecting its performance. With so many products available and HVAC companies around the area, it can be very overwhelming to not only get a fair quote but also an expert’s advice. Ken provided both of those. He was the last person we had come out to look at the unit (still working, but not nearly as efficient as it once was) and we were very happy to end on such a high note.

I can't recommend Ken enough! He is a very honest guy that will explain all options you have available regarding your AC unit. My grandpa worked in the business for many years and he even came and met Ken and agreed with everything he was doing for my home! He is a great guy and so is Angelo! They assessed my unit and we decided it was best to get a new one (one that is much more efficient - my old one was poorly designed and hail damaged it).

The price we agreed on was also better than any estimates I heard from others! Ken is a great guy and he wants to make sure you get taken care of the right way! He isn't just going to try to sell you new things. You'll get quality and professional workmanship from Ken!

My point is: the service is the best!!! As an Architect, I have just enough knowledge to think I can do it myself. Of course I need real help and usually quadruple the price. Kenny and Angelo fixed my mistakes fast as hell and I now have air. Very happy with the price and the service is OLD SCHOOL. They had just left a big Edmond job, and were nice enough to stop on they're way home to get me going. Again: Best service there is!
