No one is ever happy to hear the news that they might need a new air conditioner unit, but working with Isaac at Swan Heating & Air Conditioning took the sting out of that decision. He came out quickly when our a/c went out and laid out all of the repair or replace options for us. His goal was not to oversell but to give us the knowledge and freedom to make the right choice for our home and budget. Our new unit has not even been installed yet, and we are already over the moon with our experience.

Swan has always been on time and reliable. They always give options and explain things well if we need repairs/replacements for any of our furnace an central air units. Curran is a friendly and professional technician and we're always happy with his service visits and any recommendations given. Swan installed a new furnace at my home in November of 2021. The installer's drilled holes for the new air intake tubes and didn't move or cover anything below where they drilled so it was covered in saw dust and wood shavings. They didn't bother to clean it up either. A very unprofessional mess was left behind. A few months later I find my furnace is leaking water.

They sent out a different tech to take a look. The inside was covered in "surface rust" from standing water because they forgot to tighten a seal on some tubing during the install. The tech tightened the seal and said it should stop leaking and rusting. So they left me with a brand new rusted furnace. That same week I scheduled an AC tune. The day before the appointment I called because the temperature was not going to be very warm but the woman assured me it would be fine.

They called and canceled a few hours before the appointment because the tech called in sick and now they can't get me on the schedule for another month. Would never recommend this company.

Great customer service. Peter is a great communicator and pretty much all of their techs have gone above and beyond. Swan installed my AC unit and recently installed an in house humidifier. Everything is reasonably priced and seems to be working well! Service: Install AC

Thank you Zach for removing a 20 year old furnace and installing a brand new high efficiency furnace and AC. Zach is very knowledgeable, hardworking and friendly. We had several interactions where he explained what was happening and offering several helpful aids. Zach was very respectful at our home. He cleaned up after the job and wished us well. Dan did an awesome job, I was not home for the installation but had question after he left. So I reached out and in about 45 minutes they responded and called me to go over all the specifics. Very respectful and helpful to ensure I knew exactly how and why they did used the designs they did. Could not have asked for a better technician.

He was very good at explaining the steps he was taking in the installation and going over the equipment operation when installation was finished. Furnace was not working on a cold morning. I called Swan and they had a technician here within 2 hours. Made a diagnosis and repaired. Excellent service.

Came out to give a 2nd opinion on whether my 6-year old furnace needed repairs or replacement. They confirmed the findings by another local HVAC company that everything was working fine and no repairs were needed.

Our furnace wouldn’t turn on so we scheduled to have a Swan service technician come to diagnose the problem. Tyler Humphrey arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem as being a loose wire in the thermostat. Very pleased with our experience and with Tyler!

All three service people were very professional and friendly. They were clean, polite and explained things very well, seeming to sincerely have my best interest in mind. The installer worked 14 hours to get the duct work in the attic and the new air conditioner installed. They showed up when they said they would, laid drop cloths and were very careful not to disturb the house.

Wow! Our experience with this company was awesome. We had a broken down heat pump (HVAC) and called Swan for our third estimate to replace it. Peter spent a lot of time looking at our current system, taking pictures to help explain in detail what our options were, and broke it down into the individual parts so we understood exactly what we were getting.

The very next day we had Dylan and Isaac out here installing. They were friendly, cheerful, energetic, neat and tidy, sweet (ok, not a prerequisite but still...), hard working, professional, kept us informed of what they were doing, always gave us a heads up when they were on their way, listened to our concerns and thoroughly answered our questions, and dealt with any issues with confident determination.

The company sends notices of who is coming to work with pictures and little bios. The price was good. We were really impressed and would highly recommend Swan. Thanks to everyone who helped on this project!

This is a belated review from this summer. Rob Q was my Service Pro--and he was most definitely a pro! It was a pleasure to have him in my home and to watch him work with his assistant. Not only were they courteous to us, they were polite and respectful with one another. They installed a new air conditioner for us; they were efficient and thorough, and were able to make some improvements to our overall system that were greatly appreciated. Rob also took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered. We love how quiet our new unit is--and how easy our thermostat is to use.

Mike G. just left our house and did an amazing job with our air ducts. Very professional, thorough - explained everything to us and didn't make us feel bad when we all realized how big the job was going to be today. Our Airmedic service pro Mike G called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way to our house. He arrived when he said he would, he was very professional, had a smile on his face and explained the procedure he would use in cleaning our ducts. He let us know how long it would take and was very good at his job. I was impressed that there was no dust or junk on the floor from the cleaning.

My wife liked the pink cap he was wearing for breast cancer awareness, especially since she is a two time breast cancer survivor. Kudos to your company. We would recommend this Company and this Service pro to all our family and friends!

Theses guys are very professional. We got our original estimate from them and got a couple others as well. When another company came back cheaper they matched the price and still got us a rebate from efficiency works. They came out the same day we decided to go with them and got started on our new ac and furnace system. The installers were very knowledgeable and did excellent work. Would highly recommend them! Shaun, my service rep did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with my air conditioning but he needed to order a part for the repair. He thought it would take "a couple days " A week later I called to see what the delay was and was told the part had been in for days but no one told them. Shaun was out yet that day and got me up and running.
