Our A/C (Air conditioner),w ent down, so we call around for estimates. We called Affordable Air Conditioner & Heating LLC. We spoke to Jody who tried walking us through it on how to fix it over the phone to save us money. But being it was more than a simple fix. He came out first thing in the morning & repaired it. The price was reasonable not to mention, he also did a service cleaning & updated the equipment all included.

We were so impressed with his honesty & finding out he is a small family business owner locally. We will now use him for all our HVAC (Heating & ventilation and air conditioning) repairs. We highly recommend this company!

We called first thing this morning @8AM after our air conditioner froze up yesterday. Jody called us back immediately and was able to fit us in this morning. He was very communicative about pricing and when he would arrive. They were so prompt they had to wait on me (sorry, guys!) They fixed us right up. No upsell. No wait. It was a great experience! Jody and his team did a great job replacing our AC system. Our system went out in the middle of the day when it was 95 degrees. Jody guaranteed he would get our AC ordered and installed that same week and that is exactly what he did. They saved us so much money. Forget the big companies go with a small family business, they will treat you like a friend and not just some name on a piece of paper.

We've used Affordable Air Conditioning & Heating twice now. Jody responded promptly, showed up when he said he would, and fixed the problem both times. Our heat pumps are pretty old and Jody is now on speed dial. Lol. He will also be our first call when we are ready to replace them. Jody was the best! I called him looking for someone to be upfront and honest about my AC repair. I hadn’t even met with him yet, but he was willing to give me ballpark figures which NO other company was willing to do. Not only was he honest, he was a 1/3 of the cost of all the other places I checked out. Even the cost of his Freon is 1/2 of what some charge.

Owner operated local family business. Honest, professional, prompt, fair pricing. Highly recommended! This is the second time we had service performed by them. On his first visit, Jody (owner) offered us easy, no cost solutions to help our aging heat pump last through winter. His advice saved us over $400 in repair parts! Months later, we called on Jody again for a different issue with our heat pump.

He quickly diagnosed the problems and explained what was wrong. He walked us through each repair element and associated cost. Not wanting to invest too much into repairs for an aging unit, we asked Jody about a new heat pump replacement. He clearly explained the different equipment, costs, and details. Before you call any of the top names in the area call Jody at Affordable Heating and Cooling. The name speaks for itself! I called Jody to have BOTH of my heating and cooling systems replaced and expected I would need a second mortgage on my house. Not so, Jody gave me about 4 different options with estimates and let me choose what I felt was best.

His knowledge and experience are unsurpassed. He replaced both systems with American Standard (old units were Goodman) at a price I could afford and still go on vacation this summer. In the process of the installation Jody reworked plumbing for my Condensate pump that overflows every winter and floods my basement. No worries now. The installation was clean and way more than what I expected!

He explained everything to me and helped with the new thermostats. He even called a couple days later to make sure everything was working well...great customer service. I can't say enough! Thanks Jody!

Excellent and fast service! Jody was at our home in 1 hour from when we called for assistance. He arrived prior to the time he said he would, and got right to the problem.
