This business is a scam, they are non responsive and overcharges labor and material. For one hour labor they randomly charged $280 and quoted $380 for material available at Home Depot for $130. Good luck to those who works with this business, I am ending my relationship with them.

I DID NOT use this company. I am actually just hoping the owners read this. I tried contacting this company 3 times. 1st by the website around early Feb. I followed up a week later with a call and the guy that answer was great and said they have my info and would get back to me. Fast forward, I tried again to call at mid March and again, guy that answer apologized for no one calling and would have someone call shortly. Well.end of March now and nothing.

Its a shame as I had a couple of good recommendations to use them for Geothermal. Again, just hoping the owner reads this and sees that he has potential customers just falling off. No need to call me now. If I cannot get someone to call, no way I can trust they will be here on time and be responsive.

I had Sinton complete a new system in our house in January. It was a replacement of an old system so they replaced my old unit and added a hot water heater buffer tank to allow for more cost savings on natural gas for water heating. They did not do the loop system since I had one already in place, but I can tell you that everyone of the guys that assisted me with pricing to install were professional and extremely knowledgeable.

I first called them because the old unit wasn't working and they gave me a few options to fix it, I ultimately chose to just replace the system but I was never pressured to do so. John Wilson was the person that I spoke with the most regarding the repair and ultimately the replacement. He gave me several options and price points to choose from and guided me to a great decision.

He was honest the whole time and told me when he thought some of the stuff I was considering would really just drive up the cost with no real benefit. He visisted my home several times at my request to walk me through everything so I had a strong understanding of what I was buying. He even texted me and called me whenever I had questions about the system or install.

After finally committing to the new unit they had Jamie and Joe do the install and they were both very professional, polite and hard working. The finished job is clean and looks great. I could not be more satisfied. Based on my experience I would definitely consider Sinton to do the job. I think they may be a bit more pricey than their competitors but I think the extra cost was warrantied by their professionalism, knowledge, and quality of work.

We have used Sinton for over 15 years. They helped us nurse along an old oil unit until it was no longer practical. Luckily we were able to take advantage of government tax credit to install geothermal. My wife keeps meticulous records and insists that the savings were worth the investment. Even without the credit, if you are planning on living in your home a long time the benefits may outweigh the cost.

We have an emergency generator and Sinton along with our electrician have it wired seamlessly. What I love is that we run our a.c. from the first heatwave of Spring through Halloween at minimal cost. We never turn it off. It keeps the humidity out and you don't feel guilty! If you are looking to utilize a local business, with skilled technicians you can trust in your home then they are worth a call.

We give them great reviews for system design and service, along with customer service. They also sponsor many community-based activities like the KAU Little League and area high school academic, philanthropic, and athletic teams.

We followed the previous owners' excellent advice and have been using Sinton since we bought our house. Our usual guy is John Wilson, who knows our geothermal system inside and out - literally. He is available anytime and capable of everything the system could need. Also he is a really nice guy and it's great to have a familiar person come to the house.

We have been using Sinton since they installed our Geo Thermal and all I can say is I am glad we decided they were the company of choice. From installation thru our maintenance checks to our minor problem they have been outstanding. Their people know what they are doing. I had an issue with our unit they were out the same day and everything is working perfectly. I can't say enough good things about them.

The men who installed it along with Bill were experienced, polite, and made sure every last detail was perfect. If you're looking to have the job done correctly without compromise, these are your guys. I highly recommend researching what makes a geothermal contractor before purchasing a system, Sinton Air is among the best and most experienced in the country.

Sinton has been our long time service company for HVAC. When our old system needed repairs, they helped us make some decisions about when to replace the old unit, and helped nurse us through the last year. While we wanted to wait until fall, our AC finally died last August. Sinton helped us get a great American Standard system for our home and expedited the install to keep us all comfortable- they got the AC up right away and came back to finish the heater replacement a week or so later.

It made all the difference, and the service staff is always incredible. Sinton always treats everyone like friends and neighbors. I have them service my unit regularly- to make sure it has a long life and we get our investment back. With the really hot weather hitting, and the fantastic comfort we have inside, I know we made a great choice.

Been using this company since we moved to the area - about 5 years now. They seem trustworthy & never try to sell you something that you don't REALLY need. They have good follow up & tremendous customer service - not to mention that their techs seem knowledgeable & are very friendly. We have had two of the same techs that consitantly come which is unusual - typlically you will not see the same person twice.

We are on a maintenance program which keps us up to date with our seasonal service & helps us get discounts if and when something does breakdown that may be costly. We recommend this company highly!

Sinton recently installed a geothermal HVAC system in our timber frame home. Though the system was not inexpensive, the customer service has been exceptional, and we get frequent comments from friends and family about how comfortable the home is. Bill Sinton runs a tight ship and the crews that worked at our home were the most respectful and professional that I have encountered. In life, you usually get what you pay for, and for us, Sinton has been worth the money.

I had Sinton Air come and replace a central air system both the outside compressor and inside air handler. They did a great job. In and out in about a day. Clean neat job and everything works great. It was last summer and very hot. Glad to have it done. Thanks again guys.
