My experience with ASAP Air AC was absolutely great! I woke up to my AC broken and I already knew my AC was due to be replaced a long time ago. I called ASAP and spoke with Richard for an estimate on a new system. Richard took time to explain my options and made recommendations that fit my budget. The following day my request for a loan to cover the expenses was approved and the following day I had technicans installing my new AC unit!
The workers that came out and installed the system were extremely nice, cleaned up after they were finished and were very informative about the new system. The whole experience was great and I would recommend ASAP Air AC to my friends and family.

ASAP AC were awesome. They were flexible and quick when I was hoping they could meet soon after I called. They were way more affordable than the big companies, and they didn't use subcontractors. When the company I tried to go through before ASAP used subcontractors, there were ridiculous communication disconnects, and they cancelled service after arriving at our house because they decided to perform it the next day. ASAP came that night and had our system replaced in 3 hours.

I can't speak highly enough about this company. I called at 7:30 on the evening of July 4th after our AC unit went out. Richard was at my home by 8:00 the following morning. He was quick, thorough, and most importantly, honest. I would wholeheartedly trust this company and cannot give them a high enough recommendation. 5 stars is an understatement.

AWESOME SERVICE. I've learned to stay away from the big name commission based companies, you know who they are. ASAP was out to my house in less than an hour and fixed the issue for a fraction of what the bigger companies wanted. They also said my older AC units were fine for possibly another 10 years, whereas others wanted $15k to install new units. ASAP will be company of choice going forward!

We have used ASAP AIR numerous times and Richard does not disappoint. Our older heat pump was not keeping up with the 90+ temperatures last week and I called at 8:10 PM Monday night. Richard came out the next morning at 9:15 AM and recommended we replace the system. His crew came the next morning and was done with everything by 2:00 PM. Richard does not use high pressure sales tactics and can be trusted. I'd highly recommend you consider ASAP AIR.

I had a wonderful experience! I phoned last night, on Mother's Day, and spoke with Richard. He talked me through the problem and recommended that I turn off the a/c for 2-3 hours as he suspected a part was freezing as my air filter was overdue to be changed. He was very nice and helpful telling me if this didn't work I could call them in the morning and they'd work me in that day. Richard's suggestion worked!
Problem fixed! I'm very grateful. He saved me a lot of money and hassle, gave me good advice and took good care of me. He was clearly knowledgeable. I will be contacting ASAP Air in the future for service.

Owner of company arrived within one hour late in the day to service my ac that had just quit working. Richard was very polite and helpful in explaining the problem and repairing the unit. The work was requested and performed after 4pm on a Monday. Most service providers would have charged extra for emergency service so late in day. Richard also spent another hour sharing info on what to consider when replacing my unit that is 30 years old. I very much appreciated the time spent answering my questions and sharing thoughts on what to consider when purchasing a new system. Steve

Within 2 hours of calling and never being a customer of this company, Richard came to my daughter's house and diagnosed the problem. He repaired an old unit for a reasonable price. we will use this company again when she replaces her old system. He was prompt, fair, and honest which is hard to find these days.

We want you to know how thankful we are for the quality service we received from Richard Fulks of ASAP Air. Last year Richard installed a brand new A/C and heating unit for us. He did a fabulous job and it worked like a dream. We have an old home with some pretty frustrating electrical issues that caused a problem with our thermostat this summer. Richard could have easily told us to spend a fortune fixing the electrical, but that is not what he did.

I came back from office and found out that my heating system was not working. Though the house wasn't freezing but something had to be done immediately. Called up a friend who recommended ASAP AIR Air Conditioning & Heating. The team turned up within an hour and the system was repaired in no time. I thought they will be charging a bomb for the service but again, the price was less than I expected. I called first thing in the morning and ASAP Air was great on the phone and said they could be out to address my AC issues that day. They came a couple of hours later and immediately diagnosed the problem without having to do any serious work. Their service charge was very reasonable at $69.95, and I loved how they wanted to be conservative with their actions so they coud save me money. I felt very very comfortable with these well-dressed, personable gentlemen. I highly recommend them.

I can vouch for ASAP Air and their quick, professional service. I was able to request an appointment online and was promptly contacted to setup an time. I setup the appointment in the afternoon and they arrived early the next morning. This company is fully insured & guarantees their work. There were two service technicians that came and they carry parts with them so they can fix the problem in one visit.
They made suggestions on things I could consider for maintenance and efficiency but were not at all pushy. I will be calling them back when I need service again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

You just can't try a new HVAC service company each time you come across an issue. But, we tried almost ten companies before ASAP AIR Air Conditioning and Heating & they were all a big disappointment. Had an issue with my a/c and I tried calling my regular ac company i use and was told they would try to get to me next week. They have gone down hill since the new owners took over. So i called ASAP Air and they arrived quickly and had my a/c up and running again in no time. A very professional company I will use again.
