In June of 2002 a service branch in Tampa was opened to service residential and commercial clients better. We have a fleet of over 70+ vehicles on the road to be able quickly respond to our continuously growing customer demand. Our service has stretched from Key West to Jacksonville. With a team of elite technicians we are able to serve single family homes, condos and apartments all the way up to large commercial buildings. Our primary focus is remodeling work, service work and emergency repairs for Residential & Commercial projects. We had a sparking outlet late at night. After calling several places and not having success in getting someone out to our house, probably bc the late hour, my husband called Frank Gay Services. Kelvin Hill came out to our home. He was prompt and professional even at the super late hour! It's a scary feeling when you are worried about a potential fire at your home and with you family and pets.
The cost was surprisingly reasonable too! Thanks so much for taking care of our family! Mr. Hill was absolutely amazing, fixing the problem quickly! The level of customer service will not be forgotten in the future! THANKS SO MUCH! Especially after one person from another company basically told me to wait until morning. I know who I won't be calling in the future for anything! When you are worried about your livelihood waiting isn't an option and Frank Gay Services gets that!

I contracted with Frank Gay for both AC and electrical. I had a new AC system installed (the house I bought didn't come with one) and after the initial consultation with Kevin, I decided Frank Gay was definitely the way to go. Kevin took the time to go through not just the AC project but gave me great advice about my renovation project. The installers were very courteous, did great work on the installation (it wasn't easy) and I love my new Carrier system!
After the AC, I hired Brian's team in the electrical department to come in and run new wiring in the house. To reiterate, my new house posed EVERY challenge to installers from tight spaces, to sheet rock walls and plaster... Kevin was the electrician that lead my installation and I can not recommend him enough. He came up with solutions to every challenge and smiled the whole time.
This was quite the project to undertake: a complete utilities remodel in a month and there is NO WAY that I could have done it without the incredibly capable contractors I had the pleasure of dealing with at Frank Gay Services. Do not call anyone else.

Frank Gay Services installed for me a new A/C unit inside and out, along with repairing and out door porch light that kept flickering. They were great, on time, called 30 min before they arrived,cleaned up all trash and debris. could not have asked for better treatment of my property, or service from these guys. Won't be needing a new A/C for a long time... but will certainly use them for any other electrical or plumbing needs. They were great.
