They responded quickly to a bit of an emergency of no hot water, showing up promptly as agreed. Plumber checked a couple of things, but said he didn't know why it wasn't working and someone would get back to me shortly. About an hour later, I received a call letting me know I probably needed to replace my 3-4 year old water heater and it would cost about $2,200.

Since the previous one ran about $900, that seemed to be far over the top as to the price so I suggested he sharpen that pencil and give a call back. $2,200 was far more that I was willing to pay No return call. Later in the evening, I ran into two handymen that are friends of mine at a meeting. Both said it was probably a temperature gauge issue.

Later that evening, they both came by, shut off the gas, blew out the line, restarted the pilot light and suddenly everything was working just fine. Cost? A rather fancy tip for each of them. The handymen were clearly on the ball. I'm not a plumber, nor do I play one on T V, but it would seem to me, based on my conversations, that the plumber should have definitely at least done what they did. It was quick and simple. And it worked. I will probably not be calling this firm in the future.

This is my one year annual inspection. Technician arrived on time. Asked many questions regarding the performance of the system if there were any issues. They checked all the specs on the condenser outside looked to see if there were any Freon leaks and how the system was running outside. System is running very well after one year change the filters inside and evaluate it the inside components and said all looks great. Very happy with them to evaluate prior to there being a problem included in the maintenance agreement.

I have used Elite for years now and am extremely pleased with their work and their employees. They promptly respond to requests for service and are very competent in the work they perform. They replaced my water heater as well as the soft water system for which I am no longer required to add expensive and heavy bags of salt. When it came time to replace the softener cartridge they came right out and finished in minutes. I am very satisfied with Elite and highly recommend them to others.

I've used elite on several homes I've had in Las Vegas. I have no plans to use anyone else. They never disappoint. They're friendly, professional and have very fair and respectable prices. Today Alan came and inspected the AC unit on a home we purchased last year and gave us great advice. He took time to answer all of my questions and was polite and professional. Thanks!

Elite installed two new units for us in 2020 after our 18 year olds finally broke down. The experience was great all around, good contact, professional, responsive. Since then they have called to schedule the included system checkups for winter and summer, which gives us peace of mind. Great company to use for service! Needed to have our system replaced. Jay came to my residence and I found his humor and salesmanship to be poor considering he would only tell me if they had the inventory in stock if I committed to financing. I asked if the financing was fixed term and he said no and found him dismissive. Not a good listener and bad at answering my questions or acting like he cared.

At one point, saying I'm lucky to get a folder with my estimate, because usually he throws the papers at people he doesn't like. Was told repeatedly that he was very busy so I was given the impression I was inconveniencing him. It's too bad because I put off my own departure (we live in Vegas part time) due to a neighbor's referral for Elite and was looking forward to him coming over and help clarify and go over details of an estimate. Had we had a different salesman we may have considered Elite, but too late.

His salesmanship is way out of date and chauvinistic. Funny how people think they can treat people so poorly, especially those genuinely interested in what they are offering. I would assume this company still has great offerings and salesmen and ours was a dupe. But by then comparing all the different companies we had contacted, Elite failed to deliver by way of Jay. Very likely could have gone with them if we had a nicer person.

I really cannot say anything negative Elite. They have always, and continue to be, the best at what they do. Excellent equipment, knowledgeable and courteous employees, and rapid service. Their prices are fair and the winter/summer checkup program is excellent. Service: HVAC system maintenance

All the Elite technicians were great. They arrived on time, very professional. Installed new furnace system and A/C unit. Happy with the end result! Also the cost was reasonably priced. Trey was the technician that came out. He was/is very friendly, courteous, professional, and aware of the quality of work he provided. He made sure that everything was done correctly as he checked his work when he completed each task and checked everything again when all the work was completed. As a company, we have used Elite when it came time to replace our air conditioner and heater.

We were equally more than satisfied with the products and quality of work with the a/c technicians. When anyone has asked me, I have highly recommend Elite and will continue to do so.

Elite has been my AC/heating maintenance company for 10 yrs. I have been very satisfied with the service they have provided. I always request Alan to preform the maintenance. He is very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He explains the condition of my AC and heating units (both are 20+ yrs old), without pressuring me with a sales pitch.

This was a terrific encounter with a terrific company (Elite heating and Air). The technician arrived on time and explained in full what was scheduled and immediately went to work. He was a very pleasant young man and answered all my questions and concerns. He went about his work in a professional manner and completed the entire operation in a decent time.

He also volunteered to change my A/C filter which sits about 18 feet above the floor and is a total nightmare every six months when the filter needs to be changed. When you get to be over 70, climbing a ladder and balancing on a ledge is not your idea of fun. We have had our Elite system for about 5-6 years and it has been a wonderful investment. I recommend Elite to everybody looking to install a new A/C system here in the Las Vegas area.

Nathan came by for the summer AC check and tune up. He wore a face mask and was very professional in his work. Explained to me the process of what he does in checking the 2 AC units I have. All in all I was very satisfied to say the least. This company, Elite, should be extremely happy to have such a good employee working for them!!

The tech just got done servicing our two units, he was on time, fast and very friendly. One of the best things about this company is the communication, they call to confirm appointments, they call to remind about annual service, and the friendly attitude is always there. Because of these things , I just signed up for their gold service program that will cover our cooling, heating and plumbing for two years. Winter and summer maintenance with coil cleaning, air filters and the service calls are all included... In my book, this is money well spent with the right company.

Elite is the BEST. Shopped around for a new a/c unit for my condo. I can't believe some of the prices I was quoted and the BS behind the quote. Elite gave me a great deal and flawless install. They have serviced this unit every year with professionalism and great service. Truly a decent and honest company to deal with. We have used them for several years with great success at our house. Techs are courteous, always on time, and really take the time to explain what the issue and fix is, at my level of technology (fairly good). Cost is always reasonable. Vince just fixed my heater that went out under partial warranty. He even walked me through all the warranty parts. Highly recommend them. They also sent a tech out to a non-profit I volunteer at a few hours a week to assess condition of 6 A/C-Heat units. Did a great job, thanks!

We came home from a weekend back home in CA only to find that our furnace was not working. I called Elite Heating and they came out in just a couple of hours. Thomas was courteous and very knowledgable and found the problem right away. He unfortunately didn't have the part, so he bypassed it temporarily to get us heat and said he'd bring the part by the following morning and get it installed.

He also told me what the price would be to have it installed, and that the service charge for that first night would just be included in that price. Terri called me in the morning to say when Thomas would be by. Thomas showed up on time as promised, installed the part and answered all the questions that I had. I was very impressed with Thomas and Elite and will definitely use them next time I have a problem. Thank you!

I have been a customer of Elite since 2008. I have had the pleasure of meeting the owner and deal with the following Technicians over the years: Darby, Alan and Chris. Darby and Alan have serviced my a/c and heating systems and recently used Chris to hook up a new sink after a kitchen update. My comments with Elite and the employees have been great. They arrived very quickly each time we called and explained the many problems with our furnace. J.R. explained each issue and the cost to fix it. The cost versus replacing a furnace that was 17 years old made our decision easy. A new furnace was installed the same day.
