A/C Pros Kingman, LLC

This company is trash and un trust worthy. Blair has a lack of experience is his field. I don't know how they stay in business. They are scam artists just trying to take your money. From you and warranty company. Leeann and her little incompetent side-kick (Louise) are truly unprofessional people. They only been in business for 6 years and a pattern of defrauding people. Adding up-grades that I did order or request. I have filed a complaint with R.O.C. ( The Board) and there will be an investigation into this matter. They also go under a different name HVAC builders. They NOT even BBB rated!!!!. They are an insult to the A/C industry. This is far from over!!! There is a lesson to be learned from this and it is time they learn A lesson well. I am serious about shutting down these people!!! They do not know who they are dealing with!!!

This company is garbage and likes to try and charge things that are fraudulent. They said that we signed up for a maintenance program which we did not. We never signed anything stating that as we rent. I am ready to open a lawsuit against them. This is dirty unproffesional business. BEWARE do not use them they are LIARS

My Home Warranty company contacted this supplier. I have a $75 dollar deductible payable when the supplier arrives at the home. Its written on the Home Warranty companies work order and also when you sign-up for the warranty. This supplier says he won't even schedule an appt. until I pay him the $75. I have never heard of paying any company money to set up an appt.

They may never come out or might decide to give me an appt. a month or year from now and I've already paid them.

Called the warranty company and they told me do NOT pay them. So the Home Warranty company cancelled the work order and sent me to another service provider. Be very careful if you try and use this company. When a Home Warranty company tells you not to use them you know they are a rip-off

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Consumer ripoff. Wanted additional $1500 for modifications for replacing existing unit already on cement slab with hookups. Horrible customer service. Will not answer phone calls. Could only text them. They suck!!

The service man ask a lot of questions which ultimately led to a good diagnosis. I had another technician from another company come out before wanting to take out my whole unit which would’ve cost me thousands of dollars and Blair fix the problem for a fraction of the other guys cost. Everything he did he explain and it all made sense I’m extremely satisfied and happy

A very honest company. Affordable too, they don't try to sell you something that is not needed (like another company that I won't mention) Blair came out and was so nice and explained what happened to my AC so that I understood without making me feel stupid. He had everything he needed with him and had my AC running safely and effectively in minutes. I cannot thank him and this company enough. They are wonderful.

Very knowledgeable! Repairs were explained then done in 1 day!

Well Blair was the ONLY a/c tech which has been able to accurately diagnose the problems with my air. I have had ARGO here twice (the owner was rude, and disrespectful. I wonder how he has remained in business) Sunshine Air, Samons, Arizona Sommers and a few others who at this time elapse my memory.
Blair is a very pleasant guy who takes his time, and provides you with ongoing explainations of what he is, and has done. Again thank you Blair for your excellent service on my air conditioner.

My AC stopped working and I had no idea what was going on. I was able to schedule A/c Pros Kingman to come out early the next morning (it was already late into the evening). Blair showed up right on time. Of course my AC decided to work again without any of the issues I was having the previous night, but he went through everything thoroughly to make sure there wasn't some underlining issue with my machine.

I have a few dogs that decided to get right up in his work and he didn't mind one bit. He was great with my 4 year old who kept asking him millions of questions. After all his effort he found a very old and clogged filter that could be the culprit. He also told me that if I have the issue come up to call and he would come right out to fix the issue.

It has been working like a charm and has been blowing wonderfully cold air since. I recommend A/c Pros Kingman to everyone. They are a wonderfully, family owned company that gives you professional quality service with the comfort of home town charm. Thank you A/c Pros Kingman for such great attention to something that was so minor (that could potentially become a big issue). I will for sure be calling them in the future for any AC or heating needs!

I called about my completely disabled Air conditioning unit. Within a matter of 2 hours a competent and knowledgeable HVAC professional, ( Blair Laird) was diagnosing and repairing my broken AC. As a licensed Builder, and former Building inspector, I can spot true talented tradesmen, This company has them.
