The last few days my Heat pump was not cooling as it normally had, Comfort services set a tech by the name of Joel. Joel is a highly professional individual who found the problem right away. Joel has an out going personality, easy to talk with and I would recommend him and ask for him on any future repairs. The repair was a fix on an older unit and I also had spoken with a sales rep on a replacement unit to be installed on a later date. Joel repaired my current unit so we can remain cool until that day arrives.

I also thought Reedie Ward, the sales rep and tech regarding the proper size unit to be installed was, as well, very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain and answer all my questions and essentially sold a carrier to me with paper work to be done in near future, I would add that the lady on the phone, I believe her name was Lisa was very helpful on getting the appointment's set up for meeting with Reedie and for Joel to do the service for continued function and cooling. This company has great service. I did not see a bad rating, the reason for my decision to go with them.

Response time is great. Technicians are professional and helpful. We had some issues with our new units and Diana, the owner of Comfort Services, went over and above to make things right. I highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs.

Phenomenal company who values you as a customer from start to finish!

The office staff does a great job on communicating and reminding customers of upcoming service. The team are always on time. Technicians are knowledgeable and thorough, explain well, give options. They’re careful to not track dirt in the home and clean up after themselves.
Micheal Brown and Miguel did great jobs on summer and winter maintenance service! Reedy initially inspected and took photos of deteriorating ductwork. Martin, Tyler, and Aldolfo replaced leaky duct system and added air purifier to reduced airborne odors and dust in the crawlspace of our condominium. We’ve noticed an improvement on air quality!

Comfort also serviced our gas fireplace. Bruce and Todd cleaned the gas pilot and valve, removed accumulated dirt and dust on the logs. Made adjustments to the remote box.
Joel came back a week later to replace the decorative rocks. I would recommend Comfort Service to anyone without hesitation

excellent choice with the new carrier system. i could not be more happy with the installation, the insulation job and the air sealing job.
Mr. Bruce is a gentlems first and foremost and makes sure ur system is functioning 100%. the sales process was well performed as i had done my research. i was not pressured nor was i give misleading info. if u want a good system that provides top notch enviromental quality and top shelf servicing of that equipment look no further than Comfort Services and Carrier Equipment. every penny spent was well worth it!!!

Joel did a fantastic job serving my 2 AC Units yesterday 6/5/19. He was very thorough and took the time to answer my questions and discussed various options concerning my older unit. We have had Comfort Services for our heating and cooling needs for many years. Always happy with them - great quick service at a reasonable cost. Michael B. came yesterday when the temp in the house was over 82 d/t the failure of the AC. I really thought we might even have to wait until tomorrow to get it fixed due to the 92 degrees in the area but he was here very shortly thereafter and very quickly took care of the problem. Great gentleman!

Michael came to do our service call. He was friendly, polite, respectful and professional. He checked and replaced our filters and serviced our unit. He knew what had to be done and did it in a timely manner.

Joel has serviced us for a couple years now. He knows our equipment and does a great job. Highly recommend Joel and Comfort Services.

You know its a great company when you aren't even a client yet, and the owner gets on the phone because of an appointment scheduling error. Then her estimator, Reedie, came out. He was amazing. He didn't waste my time. I wanted one thing, but he suggested what I really needed first. He explained things and helped get me to financing. I was scheduled for install when their installers got swamped and some service appointments had to be rearranged.

I was one of them until I called Reedie and explained that I had some constraints that made it really important for me to remain in my scheduled spot. He made it happen. He then turned things over to Tyler and his partner for the actual install. Those two young men are fine examples of what hard working respectful young men are. They were in my home for four days.

They arrived on time. They were always polite and friendly. They did exactly what they said they would. Tyler went above and beyond in every way. My adult daughter lives upstairs and is OC. She also has an autism spectrum disorder, so the mess and chaos were causing her quite a bit of stress. He was patient with her, answered her questions and handled all of her requests.

When Tyler and his partner were about finished, Bruce came out to inspect the work and check the pressure test. Everything met and exceeded their very exacting standards. They put all the furniture, curtains and things back where they belonged. They even vacuumed for her!!! These guys are amazing!!!

Joel was very friendly and professional and did a great job. We called after hours and they came in a very timely manner.

Comfort Services is amazing!!!! I called today to get my AC as a surprise and they came out within hours and the service technician fixed it even faster for me as I had a meeting to run to. Thank you for being great individuals and a great company, I am beyond amazed at your service and generosity. Thank you again.

I rarely do reviews, but Comfort Services Inc. is the best service company I know. We have a number of complex systems and they keep everything running perfectly and at a very reasonable price. Cant say enough good things about them. Everyone I have met is nice, courteous, responsive and technically competent.

I would highly reccomend this company to anyone looking to replace or repair their heating and air conditioning unit.You will not find a company that is as reasonable, professional, and responsive .My experiences with them make me a customer for life.Michael was here at our home this AM. and not only did he show up on time, he was courteous and efficient .After repairing our unit ,he explained everything to us and is a great example of what a true professional should be...

Prompt service. Great service by Sivilo, friendly, respectful and willing to explain and answer my questions. Labor charge was very high but actually have no comparison as I just moved here from Texas where I dealt with a privately owned company and the owner was very cost conscious. Todd Kennedy came out to check my crawl space and I had an extremely positive experience with him. Very honest and considerate.

Since hiring Comfort Services a few years ago we have been nothing short of impressed. They are friendly but most professional. They are always willing to go the extra mile to explain things or provide additional service when needed. We feel very comfortable having them maintain our equipment.

I certainly made the right decision two years ago to switch to Comfort Services. Each of their Technicians has displayed a level of competency and professionalism that is several steps higher than my previous HVAC supplier. I am very pleased with the entire organization at Comfort Services.

Our thermostat finally died after 14 years this past Sunday. I called and left a message that evening and first thing Monday they called me and said someone would be by the house soon after lunch. Since we just started having the hottest temps of the year it was amazing they had someone get to us so quickly. Once the thermostat was identified as the problem, our technician did not have a new one but someone from the main office had one to him in 10 minutes!

Great service by Joel getting it installed and doing a quick check of the main unit to ensure it was running strong. Thanks for getting us cooled back off just in time for these temps!

Miguel arrived on time just two hours after we called for service. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it repaired within two hours. This was important to us as we were leaving town for the weekend and wanted things working for our house sitter. Great job, Miguel and Comfort Services!
