After a horrendous installation of a 5Ton Trane HVAC system and a dozen service calls by the installing company, I found and contacted Facemyer Air Conditioning in Sanford, Florida. After discussing my situation and sending several pictures, I had an appointment the next day. Facemyer Air Conditioning service technicians are prompt, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, they listened. Management developed a plan and I couldn't be happier.

I'm mostly leaving this review because the technician, Ferris, who comes out to our place for maintenance is great. Friendly and respectful, and always takes the time to talk us through what he's doing and why, and he answers our questions without being condescending (which seems to be rare for any work we've had done around the house). We'll keep using them as long as Ferris is around!

They came to my house in 45 min I thought is going be good. The problem was that my nest thermostat said no power. So i thought maybe was something electric. We left the break down until technician came he check all cables. That was find later put the break up and start working except the blower. He continued checking cables and start working. He never can gave explanation what happen.

He charge 149 for nothing. Next day same problem. I thought maybe is because i have energy wise from duke maybe was something wrong on it. So i call energy duke i explea8. Everything to them i they told me right way what was the problem the drain of the air-conditioned had a cloth. The reason that not send power to the thermostat is because had a safety swicth that when the water back up to the ac shout down the unit.

I call the company back and they said that is was impossible that duke can tell me by the phone what was the problem. They did not resolve my problem plus they not allow me even speak saying that the technician real solve the problem. When realty next day i continued with the problem. I ended clean the drain vacuum it and flushed and surprised that was the problem thermostat is working and ac unit too.

So they never can figure out what was the problem but one call to duke energy wise they walking through i find the problem. But right is not way that they can tell you by the phone the problem without see it. They didn't return my money I fix the problem by myself.

We recently had Facemyer come out to conduct our annual AC maintenance. The rep was on time, courteous, and efficient. He took great care of our AC and shared a discount offer for our next service. We also received a coupon in the mail and their office called the day before to remind us to give the coupon to the rep. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Salesman did a great job reviewing our home and recommending multiple ac replacement options. The installation team did an excellent job. The new system actually looks better than when the house was new 16 years ago. I highly recommend using Facemyer Air Conditioning.

Ferris (technician) was amazing! He was on-call for the New Year Holiday - so I had zero contact with anyone else in the company. He was incredibly quick to respond! He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions - and I had a lot! Trip charge was more than other companies - but it was worth it in the end. Made sure I got a sticker from him and slapped it on my AH right away. Will definitely call them again.

Always honest, professional and well priced. Have been using Facemyer for years.

Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air and we were pretty sure refrigerant was leaking somewhere. The capacitors were still good and the fans at the condenser and handler were working fine. We've had AC repairman out so often and spent hours watching YouTube videos that we were pretty sure there was a leak. We were able to schedule service the next day and were greeted by Ferris.

He was exemplary. He has a very warm demeanor and loves to explain everything he's doing. After running his routine diagnostics, we went ahead with a leak test and he was able to find the leaking refrigerant at the handler coils. A week later and we now have nice cold AC. They had to order the under-warranty coils. I can't emphasize enough how friendly and professional Ferris is.

If I was his supervisor, I'd do whatever possible to retain talent like him. He's the equivalent of Chick-fil-A service, but for AC. We will only ask for Ferris from this point forward. He was INCREDIBLY kind, never pushed us to buy any service or products and explained the pros and cons each step of the way. If we wanted just a quick refill of the refrigerant even though he was sure there was a leak somewhere, he'd still pump it for you and be on his way.

He would give you his professional recommendation though and tell you that what he's about to do is only a bandage fix. Superb experience and service. Overall fix was a bit pricey but we felt very confident in his services.

Our AC system was not working properly (one of our dampers stopped working) the night before we were scheduled to leave on a vacation. We contacted Facemyer who promptly sent out someone to check our system that night. The repairman was professional and quickly determined what the issue was and was able to fix the system temporarily so we could leave the next day. They ordered the parts to repair the system and fixed it the first Monday we were back in town.

I have used Facemyer AC for years- they have always taken good care of my Air conditioning system. They show up when they say they will, and they fix whatever the issue is. And I’m left nice and cool. And that makes me very happy.

I tried cleaning the condensate line and resetting all the breakers, but my outside AC unit would just not come on. Red from Facemyer was very polite and walked through all the steps for diagnosing the issue. In the end, it was a faulty cut off breaker and Red should me how he tested it so that I could do the same in the future. Absolutely awesome service and professionalism. He got my AC up in no time. Highly recommend!

Extremely honest! I had 3 different companies over here. Each one wanted to sell me a brand new unit! I can't afford one, so does that mean I have to sit in the heat? Fantastic customer service, excellent attention to detail, knowledgeable about their products, and great maintenance follow up program.

They were quick to respond where as I'd of had to wait several days at other places including a place that I had done prior business with. They've been friendly, professional to a T, and more than happy to answer any questions I had. They even provide manufacturer numbers on the systems they quote for you so you can dig deeper on your own. Its honestly refreshing.

Justin and Andy came out to replace my A/C unit and they did a wonderful job. They arrived right on time and were very polite. They are a great customer service oriented company! My a/c stopped working late in the afternoon on Friday and a service call was sent immediately. The tech checked the unit, inside and out, found the problem and repaired it, all within an hour of my call.

I found this company on a Google search. I called them, they came out and assessed my problems and schedule an appointment. They showed up on time, did great work and my bill was less than what I was quoted. I was on vacation when they called to receive payment. They told me not to worry about it and just give them a ring when I got back and to enjoy my vacation. Anybody looking for an honest AC company, this is the place!!

A friend referred me to Facemyer as I had a very old a/c unit that was going to need to be replaced anytime. I contacted Facemyer and it was the best thing I could have done! I don't usually write reviews but Rod and his family and employees deserve this one. They were wonderful, scheduled everything around MY schedule, helped me with financing that I could work with and even gave me a REFUND when they realized they over-estimated the duct work that needed to be done! WHO DOES THAT?

Dale came out today (actually the same day I called them) put on little booties which I explained were not necessary due to we have 3 dogs, but he wore them anyway. He went through, inspected and cleaned both the inside and outside units, found the Capicitor was bad, replaced it all while explaining what he was doing and how things worked (I'm an idiot on this type stuff, but he was very professional, polite all while doing the work at the same time.

It probably took him maybe 45 minutes from start to finish including going through inspecting and cleaning both units. Gave a few reconditions for some future repairs that will need to be done. Would highly recommend them, the unit is working better than ever, he stated that the inside unit was clean and that I should continue doing my service part as it was well maintained. Would highly recommend them, prompt, professional and courteous! Thanks Dale, you were AWSOME!

This company is awesome.They are prompt and professional. They go above and beyond to make the customer satisfied. The follow up call to make sure we are happy and if we had any questions about our new system is a nice touch. We would highly recommend them. Cost more than competitors, but we'll worth it.
