We utilize modern methods and quality materials to make sure the job gets done right the first time. We use ACCA approved heating and cooling load calculation software to make sure your system is sized properly for your comfort. We are an Authorized Trane Dealer. Boilers, heat pumps, humidifiers, air cleaners and other accessories. All of our Trane Equipment comes with a ten year warranty on parts, Gas and oil furnaces come with a lifetime heat exchanger warranty. Labor warranty is one year.

Just saw this. Ken replaced an oil furnace with a natural gas heat and electric AC unit. It was an older home that required some creativity. Has been doing just fine for about 3 years. Definitely recommend based on my experience. He was on time and did what he said. Price was good compared to others at the time. Services: Heating system installation, Install AC

Ken's HVAC is great! He is prompt returning calls and getting to our home. He is trustworthy, skilled at his craft, and knowledgeable. The first time we called we had had one of the "big" companies out and they told us we would need to replace our entire furnace at the tune of thousands of dollars. Ken came out and repaired the broken part, educated us about our furnace, and saved us thousands of dollars. Ken is the first, and only, call we make when we have heating and air conditioning issues!
