My coworker recommended them to me. Had them out to replace my old worn out system. They gave me a good price and a better warranty than the other companies I had out. The guys who did the work took the time to show me what I need to do as a homeowner to maintain the units and wrote the filter size on the cover so next time I need to change it I know what size to get. I liked that...Good value with warranty.

Phil arrived on time for the estimate. He followed up a week later to see if I had any further questions. I had the HVAC system replaced. Phil did the installation as he knew the techs would run into some issues with my older home. Everything was installed in a timely manner and at an excellent price. The warranty was excellent and the price for the HVAC was half the price of the other estimates I received.

Just had this company out for a A/C seasonal "check-up" today and WOW was I impressed! Bill was a treat. Helped my non-mechanical mind wrap around a few things I was clueless about and gave great tips and advice on the ominous future for when my dinosaur of a system eventually passes on. My eyes may have glazed over a couple times but he didn't talk down to me like I was dumb. I'm just a few years into home ownership and I am very happy to say I'll stick with Mike & Sappio's from here on out.
