We moved to the Hill Country in October of 2014 to fulfill the dream of a better and safer life for our family. I called and Tory answered the phone. She was so courteous, respectful and polite. She listened to my concerns and said she could get a technician out the same day. JR was the technician, who is also the company owner. He called before heading to my home and arrived in the time frame I was told he would. He was very respectful and professional while in my home.
He immediately found a problem in my inside unit and quickly repaired it. He then found another issue in my outside unit and repaired it as well. He cleaned up and even replaced the filters with the new ones I had set aside. JR made sure to turn on the unit and wait until he know it was functioning properly before leaving my home. It is so nice to find a family owned and operated business that is honest and knowledgeable. I definitely will recommend this company for any AC needs to everyone I know.

I called about my heat pump possibly going out and within 2 hours a technician was at my home and looking at my unit. After realizing that my current unit was 28 years old and needed to be replaced, an appointment was made to have a new system installed within 6 days. They even brought over free-standing portable units on loan for.my family to survive the heat until the installation could be done. Courteous, professional, and quick to respond are things you don't see much any more. Give Kerr County AC and Heating a try, they'll take good care of you and your family.

I was having leakage from my indoor unit and they were so persistent and professional in locating the problem. They were working on my unit for 2 days unfortunately (I felt so bad for keeping them from other customers) but by the time they left, my unit was running like new again with no leaks. They're very reasonable on pricing especially for their quality of work. So grateful for these guys.

The best part is giving us recommendations and was not pushing things we did not need. Our hole family works in construction with 4 members that do HVAC but don't live in Texas. I met JR years ago right as he was starting his business. He came out within minutes and got my A/C running again. When I asked him how much, he said “just remember me when you’re ready to have a new system installed”. He wouldn’t take any money. So about four years later I called him to install a new A/C - Heating system. He was there with his crew and within hours they finished the installation and you never knew they had been there. Except for the house being cool! Thanks Jr, Chris and the Gang.

For several months we have been having issues with our Heater. Now granted it is an older unit, however the company we had been using has been out NUMEROUS times, and it still kept breaking!! My husband recently met the guy who has Kerr County A/C & Heating , called him and came out the very next day and was able to fix it. Turns out it was something the other company had already "fixed " 2 different times! Honest and reliable! we will be using him again and recommending him to our friends/family!

Best experience I have had working with someone when things are a little stressful. From customer service on the phone to the work being performed on the job site, this company is nothing but honest, transparent, and caring. This will be your forever A/C and Heating company once you give them a call. After being a customer for the 1st time I think they need to add a line after booking an appointment saying, "thank you for allowing us to provide your service and welcome to the family" because that's how you will feel, I got treated like a neighbor not a ticket item and it's such a relief after all I've been through with other A/C companies.

He was very courteous, and called twice to make sure I was aware of when he would be here. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by JR at Kerr County A/C & Heating. My AC went out last summer and I was told by another local company that there was nothing they could do and I'd have to replace the entire unit. JR came and was able to get it to work and charged me a very fair price. Professional, quality service at its finest.

Worked on our ac/ heater a while back. After having another company replace parts and charge $$$$ and it still not working right. They came in saw the problem immediately and fixed it fast. They even called a couple days later to make sure everything was still working the way it should. Very honest guy! We will be using them again if there is ever another problem!!!
