I am dumbfounded right now! I had two repair people, come out to my house. They both give me a quote on my upstairs AC unit. It had stopped working. One telling me to replace my upstairs and downstairs units. That the upstairs unit, was not worth fixing and my downstairs unit is on its way out! The second guy came and gave me a quote for both units, since the first guy told me it was not worth fixing.
Who gave me an extremely high quote for new units! I asked for a quote for two new units from second guy. He gave me a much better quote, but still a lot higher then average! I called, "Bitter Breeze Air", to satisfy my curiosity. On the phone, he asked me some questions. Immediately he said, " he would come over. That he believes that the units are fine.
Will he came and told me, that I did not need to replace my units! Apparently, some how the swith was turned off. What had happened, is the unit freeze at first, just needed to defreeze. He put switch on now it is working! I highly recommend and trust, "Bitter Breeze", for any repairs service needed! He did not charge me anything!!! He asked me to call him, if I ever need any service in the future!!! Bitter Breeze, saved use thousands literally!!! He also, said the units were in good condition and repairing is worth it!!! Thank you so much, "Bitter Breeze"!!!
