Avoid! Terrible support and unprofessional. We spent over $5000 for a dual Fujitsu heat pump system with Airfordable. They were supposed to come out to look at our system last Tue, as it stopped cooling. The appointment was for 5 days later. They missed their appointment. No calls or texts. Then, they became ENTIRELY UNRESPONSIVE. We have the texts to prove it. It is unforgivable for an HVAC company to refuse support on their own installs!
