A great team of professional people. From my first meeting with Dan Lippin and listening to his presentation I was very impressed with the time he took and most importantly his professionalism. He was very prompt in returning with a proposal that I accepted. Very accommodating in setting up a time for installation. I received a reminder call for the date and time of installation and what to expect.
When the two man team arrived promptly as scheduled they both introduced themselves and went about there job. Extremely professional and addressed any of my questions. Upon there completion another gentleman arrived to complete the installation. I can’t begin to say how much my wife and I were pleased with the whole process. If this is any indication of how Timothy Off operates we are in great hands.I give them a five star rating and would highly recommend them to family and friends as well as neighbors.

The entire team at Timothy Off made me feel like I was a VIP customer. They were exceedingly patient and explained everything in layman's terms. I got 8 different estimates and Timothy Off provided the best value for the price. They installed a new HVAC system on a very rainy day and had to trudge through a lot of mud in my backyard, but they kept my house clean.
I would absolutely recommend Timothy Off and plan to hire again for any of my future needs. I never felt pressured into making a decision and appreciated the team's willingness to work with me/educate me on the entire process.

Just had an entire new HVAC system installed in my home. Contacted Timothy Off to schedule an estimate and was told a representative will be out in one hour. Dan Lippin arrived and was completely professional, knowledgeable, and gave us a price we could live with. One day later, an army of technicians arrived to install the new unit and we were backup and running within hours. I highly recommend this company!

Highly recommend the team from Timothy Off. The quote was clear and competitive. It was actually a good quote given the cheaper equipment some others were bidding. (Stay away from Goodman brand.) The techs are friendly, do a great job and take great care to clean up afterwards. They installed two Trane units in our house. Everything was perfect. We had a couple of minor issues with a loose wire but Timothy Off's team took care of it right away. I would buy another system from them in a heartbeat.

This company was highly recommended to me by family and friends. Timothy Off just completed replacing my central air conditioning and venting systems which were ancient. After having a bad experience with another company, the Timothy Off gentleman who completed the estimate, Bruce, was very prompt and helpful. He was very patient with all the questions I had.
Before installation the company sent me pictures of the two installation technicians who were coming. The two technicians were very efficient and respectful of our home. Installation took a day and a half to complete but due to the excessive heat they were kind enough to assure our bedrooms were hooked up to cool down so we would not suffer another day of misery in the hot weather.
The mechanical tester who came to do one last check was again quick, efficient and very kind. I am very happy I selected this company to replace my AC unit. They have a company warranty that states in a nutshell if I am not happy with anything that they will fix it within 30 days or refund my money. Can't ask for much more than that!
