Very Sad! I Scheduled to have a furnace checked and cleaned for my Mother-in-Law. Office staff was very polite. Tech showed up on time, but only spent 20 mins at the house from walking in to walking out. He looked at the furnace and said we need a new Flame sensor for $274. I declined the service as I am able to do this repair myself. He then mentioned to my Mother-in-Law in sarcastic tone, "People think they can do these repairs but many can't".
Then he packed up and left. I was not there, my MIL was. She told me he didn't seem to clean anything (no vacuum or brushes) before he left, so I had to go to her house and open the furnace to check it myself and it was never touched!.other than opening it (maybe) to tell us we need a new part. I have included Photos that show this dirty furnace. My MIL is 73 yrs old and would not have been able to check it.
I guess he figured she was easy to fool. I called the company today as they haven't responded to my emails or texts yet. I Talked to the office manage whom said they will refund the $89 cost for the job not done. He also said he can't send anybody else to clean it because it is in the crawlspace and he doesn't have anyone who can fit through the floor hatch. HaHa!
I am 225 lbs and I fit. And one more thing - you call Comfort heating and you get someone from G&R heating at your door? What is that? I will find a company that has morals before calling here again.

Waited all afternoon for a technician to show up. Called them at 4:30 and said their tech was sick. I had waited 3 weeks for this service which was paid for in advance. The lady in the office said we couldn't talk to a manager or owner. My son is looking to replace his heating and air. I wouldn't recommend them now. Since they were bought out by a new company they no longer deserve consideration for my business.

I called up and let them know that my air-conditioning system was blowing warm air. They scheduled me for that evening and let me know that it would be $135 due to arrival after hours. The technician was friendly when he showed up and I'm almost embarrassed to admit this but I never checked the breaker before calling them. That did the trick. But during his check he said that my capacitor was a little bit on the weak side.
So he changed that out as well. No more than 15 minutes after his arrival I was now paying a bill for over $400. I am happy that the air conditioning is working now. Disappointed that something as simple as a breaker I didn't think the check and I do know better. Also I can't help but feel like I got robbed for something that simple.

2 different t techs were here. The 1st guy said no power was getting yo the furnace. He suggested I get an electrician. Paid heating guy 95$.electrician came and said there was poer going to the furnace. Paid him 75$.different tech came back, he said there was power going to the furnace.but found a bad switch that they charged me almost 400for part and labor. Installs switch. Furnace doesn't work now he says no power going to thefurnace. almost $600 later still no heat, I'm can't tell u How dissatisfied I am.
My water has froze twice.why did the 2nd tech find a bad switch when the 1Sr tech didn't find a bad switch.one said had power other said no power, very, very, very, unhappy with comfort air heating

The response we got to our furnace problem was great. The issue was corrected within 30 minutes after the Serviceman's arrive, Rob Tavolacci was very professional and very knowledgeable. I had an unusual problem with the AC. Some type of vapor lock. He responded and came the same day. Had the correct equipment to diagnose the problem. When he finished the air worked better than when it was first installed! I then showed him an old leaking galvanized pipe. He came back and repaired it for a reasonable price and worked with my schedule. He will be my go to heat/AC/plumbing guy in the future.
