Service first has provided both repairs and installation of a new AC. They worked with my schedule -they were on time - and communicated everything they were doing My team was Javier and Alex! Javier was so knowledgeable and worked so hard to get the job done! The team cleaned up afterwards and left me with a super “cool” house! They took care of us as soon as possible - same day and before it got too hot. Called several other places that never returned the call! Sam answered the phone and made me feel like he was personally going to see that my issue was taken care of immediately. Great personal service. Omar identified the problem right away and fixed it and gave us good advice on filters in the attic versus the house.

Our technician Joseph came out late at night to assist us. The AC was blowing out hot air in all the rooms, we have a damper system so this is a more difficult AC unit to deal with. Joesph left us his personal cell if we had any future issues. A week later the AC was blowing out hot air again after we got our previous thermostats reinstalled. We called Joseph and he was very diligent and knowledgeable about our thermostat. We sent him a picture of the wires and he knew exactly what the problem was. I recommend Joseph to anyone that needs their AC fixed.

AC went out on a Sunday morning, had technician out to my house in a few hours. Made the needed repairs and gave me some information on services that may be needed in the future as well as what to keep an eye on. Didn't try to talk me into buying any additional equipment or paying for any other services. Overall the service was great, the technicians were professional & the price was fair.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this company! After getting the run around for 2.5 days from 2 other well known companies (John Wayne and Will Fix It) I called Service First at 1:00 am on a Sunday morning. (Memorial Day weekend) They answered the phone immediately and said a technician would be here in 20 minutes. It was storming outside by the time the technician, Adrian, got here but he got here in 15 minutes and had our AC cooling our house within 30 minutes!
After all the multiple phone calls from the other 2 companies promising someone was on their way for over 2 days we were extremely happy that Service First not only came out but under bad weather conditions, after 1 am on a Sunday and had our AC working in under 30 minutes....oh, and the bill was about half of what we expected it to be. I'd say service like that can't be beat and is extremely hard to find these days!
I will recommend Service First to everyone and will continue to use them whenever we need AC service! Thank you, Adrian, for coming to our aid when the other companies let us down.

The a/c went out and our home was hot and very miserable. We called Service First and we were able to schedule them the same day to come out between 8pm and 10pm and they arrived promptly @ 8pm. Amazing company. Rudy arrived at 9:00 PM and patiently explained the issue with my AC and my options. It was 98 degrees in my house. The next morning Johnny and Javier arrived with a new system. I am most impressed by how highly the technicians spoke of the owner. This is a sign of a great company. Treat the employees great and they will treat customers great.
It was well over 110 degrees in the attic. Johnny and Javier never complained. They even kept a great attitude while they worked through a technical issue. In less than 24 hours, and a completely new central air system later, I am sitting in my 73 degree house. I am more than satisfied, I am impressed.

First off, Service First was able to see me 30 minutes after I called. You don't get that kind of service from my experience. As soon as I made the appointment, I received a call about 10 minutes later informing me that Miguel, the technician, was on his way. Impressive! Once Miguel got here, he spent a lot of time educating me on the system, helping me understand through a logical thought process on how to test the system and identify the problem.
He was very knowledgeable and looked at the system from multiple angles before coming up with his diagnosis. He got the system up and running and gave me the information I needed to make an educated decision on what to do with my heater in the future.
