I had a good experience with this company when first my air conditioner had problems and again when my heater had problems. In both cases they were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and had reasonable prices. They were recommended to me by my realtor who had used them before and I was not disappointed with the referral. They have a yearly service policy that was reasonable but I didn't take advantage of it. (wish I had). You should check in to that when they come out.
