My name is Mindy Rodriguez and I'm the Service Manager at R&R Refrigeration Heating and Air Cond. My Father, Arnold Moreno has over 40 years in the HVAC industry, and he has passed down the family business to me and my husband Jerry. Ever since I was 10 years old, I've been taking service calls for my Daddy and helping him with his customers and have enjoyed it since the beginning! Heating and Air Conditioning is not just a job for the Moreno/Rodriguez family it's who we are! My husband and I both share a passion just like our father and we truly care and look out for our customers! Honest service work is what we are all about and we definitely do what's in your best interest. Good old fashion customer service is what you will experience every time you call R&R Refrigeration. I called R and R on a Saturday, they sent a service tech in two hours, he looked at my old AC system and gave me a great price,it was 30% lower than the other two companies that gave me quotes. They were able to come back in 2 days (Monday) and the R and R’s installers did a great job removing my old system and installed a new Trane unit in less than 8 hours. I give them a big 2 thumbs up

During the hottest and probably the busiest time, R&R Refrigeration fit me into their schedule when I was with out air! They came out and had my AC unit up and running in no time. The technicians were so professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they explained to me what they had repaired. I would highly recommend R&R Refrigeration to my family and friends.

I had R & R come out and install a new tankless water heater, two air scrubbers and a couple of new thermostats. I love all of the products, and Tito was just great!! Super friendly and guy, full of knowledge. I love being able to control my thermostats from my cell phone, I wish I would have done this years ago. They were very accommodating to my busy schedule as well.

After going through 3 companies, that could not fix my air conditioner,Tito came out and was extremely kind and thorough , he found out that We had a scary safety hazard with our air conditioner, that was causing it to break and could have even caused a FIRE!!! He checked EVERY section of my air conditioning ducts and my air conditioner , finding several things wrong that were CLEARLY causing my problems.
He was very respectful and I definitely would use him again and recommend him to anyone. Thank you R and R, you have a good, honest, respectful employee who DOES The entire job !

Our air went out and the house was sitting at 90 degrees...our home warranty company was saying they couldn't send some one for 48 hours...we found R&R on Google...they had someone at our door in an hour....Matt worked tirelessly to find the issue and didn't stop until he fixed our air conditioner...(mind you we bought a brand new home 15 months ago)...great service and fair prices....we will keep them in our contacts...Thank you for the great customer service and hard work!
