I Mike Gentry, am the owner and president of Approved Air, Inc. I began my career in the HVAC industry 25 years ago (in 1987) by attending a 10 month, 1,000 hour air conditioning, heating and refrigeration course at Practical Schools in Anaheim, California. After I graduated, I began my career in the HVAC industry. I learned a lot over the years and was able to learn about every aspect of the trade. From sales to service, to installation to maintenance, and eventually, to management. After 20 years of working for other HVAC companies, I knew I was ready to start my own business and be sucsessful at it. I saw first hand what companies were doing right (and wrong!) and was able to formulate my own successful business plan. I look forward to continue to serve my customers with the superior service that they (and you!) deserve.

Mike had great ideas that his competition did not discuss with us. He was able to move our unit a few feet so it was less of an eyesore. When he worked inside he wore booties and always cleaned up after himself. He struck me as an honest, hard-worker. With his coupon he beat out the competition price wise and definitely quality wise.

Mike, of Approved Air, was on time and completed the work as scheduled. His work was performed in a clean and organized manner and there was no disruption to our home during the installation. He also re-organized the electrical and plumbing to provide a much cleaner installation site. We were so impressed with the quality of his work, that we contracted him to do an additional installation at one of our rental properties. We will definitely use Approved Air in the future for all of our air conditioning and heating needs.
