Absolutely worst customer service. Had a problem with a brand new system installed less than 3 months after install. Was told it needed a new circuit board but never heard back from their tech. System worked okay and then wasn't needed in the winter. Summer again and starts getting really hot and system starts slowing getting worse and worse. Call a trusted HVAC person, he finds a leak due to poor soldering on the coil during installation. Tries adding Freon and system works perfect again. Allen from M&M calls me after trying to get paperwork for warranty, swears at me and says he thought the system was fixed.
Then tells me his employee who said it was a circuit board had ordered a motor that same day for me? He didn't know why the motor was ordered and so its just been sitting there for over a year? First a circuit board, then a motor, when the problem is really a leak? I would NEVER recommend these guys for anything.

M&M put my heating and air in 3.5 years ago, and I have gone through three motor fans. They are extremely slow to respond to issues, taking sometimes up to two weeks to come and look at the issue. This last fan motor that went out they sent a guy to put a new one in after 1 week, and it lasted 48 hours. They charged me $280 dollars, and the fan motor quit within 48 hours.
They still haven't made it right with me! Terrible service and product! I really think they put a refurbished unit in my place, and charged me a crap load of money! They really suck!
