I am a realtor who was two days from closing when I did a "Buyer's Walk thru" with a customer who was buying the home. There was a problem with the air conditioner not turning on during the walk thru. The buyers wanted the a/c repaired before closing and I called 1st Quality Air after being told by the company I previously used that they could not get to the repair until next week.
I talked to Troy at 1st Quality Air and explained that I am a realtor and needed to close on the home in two days and he went out of his way to help me. He got a tech to the home the next morning and the repair was made and I closed on time with happy buyers! Thank you Troy and thank you 1st Quality!
