On 11/20147 I bought from this company a 3.5 ton York Condenser unit for $1450 2 years later I had to replace the motor, 2 years later the capacitator. In total $1900 up to date in repairs. Guess, 2 days ago I bought an air handler from this company, it was installed Friday 5/28 and the installer said, there is something wrong with the unit outside.

He called the office, who responded by sending a technician close to 5pm. to let me know that the unit outside needs repair and will cost $1100. I question again the quality of that unit. No luck to have someone here to replace the unit. I had new air handler not AC. I begged for hours to service the unit to no avail. The same day installed promise did not apply to me even though, I had bought a new equipment from them.

Next day by 5 pm I had AC. I paid for new condenser. I do not know if this company can be trusted on the service they promise to customers, they have people answering the phone, like call center type who give you different answers every time you call. Do your own research.

We hired All Year Cooling to replace the old unit at our new home. Customer service was very communicative and straightforward which I always appreciate. The guys showed up like they had done it a million times and had everything replaced and running in a couple of hours. Very satisfied with their work.

Spoke with Joseph at All Year Cooling and he went over my options for repairing and replacing my AC system. Their Prices CANNOT be beat! Super knowledgeable, Same/Next Day Service, The Installers were Professional, Courteous, Polite, and you could tell the mastered their trade exceptionally well. Highly Recommend!

The response time initially was amazing, one of my AC units stopped working I called All Year and they had someone at my house within the hour and took care of the problem. A short time later I decided to replace two of my units. The price All Year gave me was very competitive. The installation they performed was superb, the crew of 7 at my house was amazing, knowledgeable, polite, professional and accommodating. They completed installing two AC units within the same day. I have to give it to them, customer service is top notch. I had a new unit, an outside unit and air duct replacement in August 2021 and customer service was . Last week my thermostat went out and I realized that in my contact the thermostat was supposed to be replaced and it was not back in April. I called them on a Saturday and no problem they were out her on Monday replacing the thermostat no questions asked. Great place!

Steve was very helpful and answered so many questions about resolving my AC issues. He gave me several options for fixing my AC and was willing to work with us. He ensured we were comfortable with our decision and reassured us that he would assist us in any way possible. He checked on us before, during, and after the process. The technician Marvin worked very quickly and efficiently to install our new AC unit. He answered all our questions and made sure everything was up and running smoothly before he left. Very happy with my service thus far!

Nothing like needing a new AC system in the middle of a FL summer! All Year Cooling came right out, discussed our options with knowledge and professionalism. During our home remodel, we decided to upgrade the AC unit. We used All Year Cooling because they were highly recommended by several friends. They worked with our schedule and arrived right on time. From beginning to end, we had a great experience.

Our house was built in the 70's and I am not sure what work has been done to it but the AC certainly needed some work. All Year Cooling recommended a lot of duct work, and replaced a few parts on our unit. Our energy bill has gone down well over a hundred dollars. These are trustworthy people and they do good work.

All Year Cooling replaced our AC unit this past weekend and their prices were the best compared to several other companies we reached out too. The lady on the phone was very nice and informative and the technicians who came out both times were very nice. We have cold air blowing and they did it in a timely manner!

We had our AC unit repaired by them. They came out the next morning after calling, and were able to fix the unit and get it ready again during that same visit. They seem like a good company to me. I would definitely hire them again.

Back in 2009 I spent hours researching square footage, handlers and everything about newer AC possibilities available. I landed on All Year Cooling after speaking with the owner Tom Smith Senior. He was accessible, communicative and open to addressing all of my concerns. His crew increased the return to the unit they had installed and opened new ducts.

Soon after, Tom Jr. took over operations always offering the same commitment, consideration and work ethic. Here it is, so many years later, and this is the only AC company I have come to my home to perform maintenance or address concerns. I cannot say enough about my level of satisfaction and my confidence in this company. I rarely write reviews, but when I get to speak with dispatch in the middle of the night and have the issue addressed the next day, I think a five-star review is the least I can do. I have used All Year Cooling for several years and am very happy with their service. The customer service reps are always friendly and helpful. The techs are skilled and diagnose the problem accurately. They are always on time and fix the problem, keeping our home comfy.

We used All Year Cooling to install our unit when we moved to Florida. After a hurricane, we needed it to be serviced and they were available fast. After a free diagnostic, they offered a fair price for repairs. The whole team seems knowledgeable and are always professional. I highly recommend!

After 3 really bad experience with two big companies and one handy man, I had a really positive experience with All Year Cooling. I requested the Duct Restoration service because the other bad service experiences which was an entire upgrade of unit (handler & Blower) and ducts which they didn't do such a great job. The sales rep. for AYC, said there was no need to replace my entire duct work, but to only restore the bad connect job that was done on the duct by the previous butchers.

He understood my frustration and GUARANTEED their services or no payment would be rendered. Wow! They lived up to their promise and most of all their craftsmanship. I was told the job would take 3 hours, but it lasted almost 7 hours. I didn't complain once, because once that I saw how Dino & Joel were wiring so hard, I was extremely pleased. These men restored the entire duct, return & plenum. Overall, I wish I would have done a better research from the beginning and I would have avoided the three really bad previous experiences and could have had just one great experience with professionals like All Year Cooling.

Service rendered over 11 months ago. Prior to my post, all reviews were positive expect for some ex-employees complaining they were over worked. And I believe them now since after my service, the guys from AYC had another job they were late for by almost 3 hours. Thank you very much once again.

I had a new a/c unit installed by All Year a few months back and was a extremely happy with the salesman, the price and the installer! I had a service call today on an older unit and was not thrilled with the young tech that came out. The owner of the company got wind of this and immediately called me to find out how to make me a happy customer again. Needless to say, once again I am a fan of All Year Cooling! All Year cooling is very good at what they do fast service and they get what needs done fast. They will help you save money and not spend anymore than you have to either. They are great business you should give them try if you need someone in their speciality.

While visiting my Dad this summer, his ac started to freeze up whenever he dropped the temperature on the thermostat. We couldn't figure out what was going on, and since Dad is a little older, I felt it was too dangerous not to repair. I called All Year Cooling, and they not only repaired the unit, but they explained what he can do himself to maintain the unit until we can get it replaced. Very decent company.

When we started our search for a reputable company (I must have called 10+ places) All year was the most responsive and answered anytime I called. I highly recommend this company! Very easy to work with. They have been family owned and operated since 1973 and you can tell. From the minute they showed up they treated me like nothing but family. They also offering several financing options which was great!

Our AC was damaged by hurricane Irma and was slowly leaking. After spending time doing research on our options to repair or replace, we realized that we had no choice but to go with the latter of the two. We received 4 quotes total and All Year Cooling quoted $1,200 less than our lowest quote from the other 3 companies. We would have been skeptical at first because the amount was so much lower but All Year Cooling was referred by someone that we know and trust, which we combined with how long they have been in business and the great customers reviews, so we went with them and so happy that we did.

Great customer service and a very streamlined process. No longer have to fight with our old AC to keep the house below 77°. Finally have cool air in our house with a brand new unit that isn’t hurting the environment.

Yesterday one of your tech's, David, came to finish up the unfinished business of installing our new cooling system. Just to let you know what a good employee you have there, he not only completed what we came to do, but made sure that all was working correctly. Our newly installed air conditioner was not working well as the safety switch kept shutting it down.

He corrected the backup cause (even going out in heay rain yesterday to make sure the drain was working as it should) it was not and he corrected it. Although we got off to a rocky start trying to get the air handler working your company came through with flying colors to make sure all was ok.
