We have had Quality Comfort come provide service on a couple different, unrelated issues we've had with our air condition. They provided prompt, friendly service and took care of the issues without costing an arm and a leg. We will most likely set up on their regular service plan, which looks like a good way to maintain proactive maintenance and have more affordable support in the event of an unexpected issue.

I was given Quality's info by my best friend; they installed a new unit for her a couple years ago and she said they were the best! My a/c has been running all day/week in this Florida heat and today it wouldn't get any lower than 83! I called at around 6pm and Damion showed up a short time later to assess the issue. Never once did he say I needed a new unit or try to sell me anything. He figured out the issue (low refrigerant and a leak in the line) and the temperature in my house was already down to 78 before he left. I can't thank him enough, especially since I have 2 children!!! I highly recommend this company and will call them when it's time to replace my unit. Thank you Damion!!!
